Very quick service, and a great price! The man that fixed my screen was very friendly and he fixed it right in front of me. It was also a great experience and I would definitely recommend this, and come back again.

Great place and great employees. Also the place is spotless clean. I walked in and dropped off my shattered iPhone 6 plus which also had a bent frame to Charlie and he called awhile later and phone looks new. While picking up my 6 Plus I decided to have him also repair my other 6 Plus with one crack and he fixed it in front of me in 15 minutes. You can’t go wrong with PCS HQ.

Came in to change my destroyed screen! Total time it took was 11 minutes, while making sure everything worked after the repair. Charlie helped me and was awesome. Definitely will return when i need any other repair!

I searched High & low before coming here and boy was it worth it!
I had been to a previous phone repair & it was sketchy, impersonal, and too far from me.
My phone was cracked so bad it the screen touch didn’t even work. I thought I was going to have to get a whole new phone. PC S HQ had no problem fixing it & using a refurbished screen, which looks better than brand new!
Like I said, COME HERE if you need your screen fixed!!!

I needed my iPhone screen fixed ASAP. Over the phone I was told the price and how long it would take. Francisco took me right away and went to work. 20 minutes later I had a perfect screen and the price was not a penny more than what I was quoted. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone that needs their phone or iPad serviced. I will be back soon!

This place is awesome. I called them about 11AM to get a quote & see if I could come in right away, for them to fix my phone (it had severely a cracked screen and LCD damage). I was leaving for vacation the next day so I had to get it fixed ASAP. They said no appointment necessary, stop on by. So, I went in about 15 minutes later & they told me the exact same price quote again (which was cheaper then ANYONE around here), & told me to come back in 15 minutes and it would be ready! I was a little doubtful… but, I came back in about 15 minutes and… it was ready for me! Couldn’t ask for better service. Not only the most competitive pricing, but also excelled in time & Customer Service.

Stopped by yesterday (04÷30÷16) around noon to get the glass and LCD replaced on my Note 4 and was helped by Jason. End result was excellent; can’t tell that the phone had ever been worked on.
Customer service was awesome and I overheard the owner telling someone who called inquiring about an iPhone 6s screen replacement that he could replace the screen for a certain amount if they needed it urgently, but it would be cheaper if they went through Apple (the difference in price was small). I’d gladly pay a bit more to support this business based on that interaction alone.
Hopefully I won’t require their services again, but wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend them for your phone repair needs!

Needed a screen repair quick. Asked for a quote, received a response within 20 minutes. Ran down the street, they completed the repair in 15 minutes. Still had time for a quick bite before going back to work. I would highly recommend them for any repair you may have.

The best phone repair shop I have ever been to! Charlie, the owner who actually fixed my phone screen, was insanely kind and told me everything that the previous person who fixed my phone did wrong! Absolutely great service and I plan to come back, the glass is high quality (I’ve waited almost two months to post this), and he even gave me a free phone case because the phone case I had been using was not protective at all. The man who had previously repaired my phone had lost 6 screws and Charlie replaced 3 of them for me which costed him around $ 50 but he didn’t charge me for it. Love this place! I would definitely recommend PCS HQ to anyone who has phone problems!

These people are great I was having trouble with my email not responding to me. Jason spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. After about 40 minutes he explained to the problem and how to correct my problem. I needed to contact my web host. I asks Jason how much I owed him for all the time he spend, he said no charge he wasn’t able to correct it himself so no charge. I did contact my web host and he was right they did correct my email problem over the phone. PCS HQ has a customer for life all because Jason has character. This show the culture that is implanted in that company character.

My iPhone screen cracked during the holidays. I took it in for a screen replacement on New Year’s Eve. I was greeted right as I walked in the store, and waited no more than 10 minutes to be helped. Charles examined my iPhone and detailed the best option for me. He was specific in explaining the process step by step, as he replaced my iPhone screen right in front of me. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes, maybe even less than that.
I am a happy customer, and, because of the great service, I will return in the future.

Went here to fix my iPhone 5 screen that wasn’t responding to touch, they changed it and paid $ 100 to repair it. They were kind people, friendly to me and my little daughter, said they do quality control tests when they fix stuff. Screen was working fine after that, they had to change like 3 screens for it to work.
Later that night noticed the camera wouldn’t focus on text close up, which I never had issues with before (since I use it often). Went back the next day hoping they would be just as kind and take responsibility since clearly camera wasn’t working, they said it wasn’t their fault and would charge me another $ 50 to repair that camera.
Didn’t replace the camera, don’t want to give this place more business since it seems to be their responsibility. They wouldn’t even give a discount or try to help us out.
Won’t be going here again.

I broke my cell phone display, after searching I found HQ pcs repair shop. Jason was very professional and explained everything about cost and repair. What I really like about them is that they repair cell phone right in front of customers.
