Target

I have been trying to get here for a while given that it’s one of the largest Target around. They have a large underground parking lot. The place is pretty clean, which is not surprising. Brea has evolved over the years to be a pretty new and trendy.
Perhaps my expectation was too high but I was a little disappointed that this Target by area is bigger than your typical Target. However, it did not offer anything different. I thought perhaps that would have maybe… a café? or a unique department offering more interesting products? This was not the case. It was just a bigger store. Nothing else.

This place is off. I know its Target and whatever, but my experience here was unpleasant and it came down to three moments, all customer service related…
First, I was in the toy aisle with my daughter perusing for a new item when I hear really loud talking coming from the electronics area. 3 girls, 1 employee and 2 non-​employees were loudly joking about sticking phallic items in their mouths… right in front of an area designated for children. Pretty tasteless… And I just tried to forget about it.
The second annoying moment came when I was asking two ladies in the women’s clothing section about a sale posted in the section. Neither of them knew anything about the sale, then walked away from me without finding out info for me. Ok, now that’s just rude.
Lastly, when I went to check out, I got in line and the checker was one of the ladies that ignored my question in the women’s section. She told me that she’d help me but wanted to help someone else first who was not even in her line… Uh, hello! First you ignore my question when I ask you for help in women’s clothing, then you want to grab someone else from another line to help before me… I straight up told her that was rude and she apologized.
Management, your employees do not know what they’re doing and don’t know how to help their customers. I left irritated and will shop at another target with competent employees.

This tArget is probably the nicest target I’ve been too. The first floor has a underground parking structure with plenty of parking. The shopping center is actually on the second floor and you have to take an escalator up. They have an escalator just for your cart as well. Handicap friendly of course.

By far the biggest target I’ve ever seen. It even has its own underground parking. High security and very well organized. There are a lot of people but this target is so roomy it does not feel packed. Lines… well, you can’t avoid that. Always full.
I wish this target was around where I live.

First time shopping here. This is the second Target that I have been to that has a parking garage. There were plenty of available parking spots. The shopping area is actually located on the second floor. There are stairs, escalators, cart escalator and elevator to use. Since it is the Christmas Holidays, there were a lot of people shopping on a Sunday afternoon. With that, Target hired enough employees. I was able to come here and get a Target gift card for a Christmas present for someone as well as do some looking around. When I was heading to check-​out, there were enough employees at the register, each one had about a 1 to 2 party wait. Painless! This Target also has self check-​out lines and one express lane. I had a good shopping experience here.

Target is basically your one stop shop. Need to get groceries? Ran out of eyeliner? Don’t have a cute outfit for tonight? Target has you covered!
I can easily spend a couple hours and a few dollar bills at Target. I love how target has the cartwheel app so you don’t have to cut out coupons anymore. Just download the app and save the coupons you are interested in. When it’s time to check out, all the cashier has to do is scan your phone!
I also have the Target Red credit card so I get and extra 5% off of all of my purchases. I find their card really convenient because they can easily look up purchases through my card if I need to make any returns or exchanges. The return policy is also extended if you have their credit card.
I’m sorry to say this but it’s just a different crowd at Target. Everything is clean and the sales associates are really helpful and friendly. The store has really expanded on their merchandise as well. You can now buy higher end beauty products and they feature various designers such as Jason Wu and Lilly Pulitzer! Good job, Target!

As far as Targets go, it’s pretty decent. It isn’t the biggest store and the food selection isn’t as good as the Greatland on Malvern, but for everything else, it’s okay. The location is across from the mall and there’s both covered and outdoor parking. The Starbucks is pretty small and the snack bar is tucked away and hard to see. But both are fairly clean except for the self serve drink station (but aren’t they all dirty??).
There is a self checkout and they staff the registers pretty well so the checkout time is quick.

Sara, Christian (?), and one other young woman working the guest service were very helpful to me in my plight of acquiring anti flea meds for cats. All the targets were sold out and they helped me contact in the hopes of getting one. I ended up buying a different brand name anti flea at this target but I still appreciated the genuine effort from them.
Also this target is big and fancy! A parking structure and escalator and all that. Nice store.
