If I could give them a –5 stars I would, but lame me I should have looked at the reviews prior to doing business with these folks. I guess being that I’m a service member of 25 yrs, I expect genuine customer satisfaction, integrity, and understanding. I got transferred from overseas to Georgia and bought a house which was my first one. The house came with a open Oval window in which the sun beam in really heavy. I go online in search of a blind or shutters and god forbid this website came up. The website showed me the blinds attached to the shutter. So I’m like cool, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I called the store and Nancy answered and she seemed to be very nice, but never explained to me on the phone that the tracks did not come with the blinds, nor did she state that it wasn’t a refund with purchases. I figure they saw a money advantage, so therefore they kept information secretly being that I’m such a distance away from California. I wish I could just give this piece of metal track away, because where I’m from people never seen it before. I ended up just hiring this drapery Company to design it and install. The INTEGRITY is what I’m upset about the most. When I ordered the blinds they were attached to the Tracks, but since I’ve filed a claim they’ve changed their website to just display the tracks. lol. I retire next year, so I guess this experience is my wake up call for what others have to deal with. UNBELIEVABLE !!! So Michael, if you read this doing business with you guys has given me a alertness on how some people will not be in your best of interest for customer satisfaction. Sorry folks, I don’t never talk bad about businesses due to them working with me, but this Flextrack is the worst of my 42 years on this earth. I’ll advise you to stay away. Look online and locate a business that really cares about your satisfaction, cause you deserve it.

I never experienced what previous reviewers wrote about poor customer service. In fact, quite the opposite. I suspect some of them are competitors trying to lower the rating of this company, which is pretty low. Speedy shipping, courteous interaction and quality product. Thank you!

EDIT: They had missed the Suite number in my address, and returned back money. I am giving 4 starts because they did not use it as an opportunity. I am not giving 5 star because this could have been avoided, I gave them the right address. Unbelievably Poor service!!! BEWARE! — I very much wish I had looked them up on here before trying to purchase. I say trying because we never received the package and then when asked them to reship they asked for additional payment! Un freakin believable. This chick Helen is probably running some kind of scam out of her garage, I hope know one actually falls for this — very poor business practice, they should be ashamed.

Lousy customer service. Bought $ 5 of parts. Shipping and handling was $ 7 — pretty steep seeing as when they(finally) arrived postage cost was $ 1.47. Two weeks after I placed my order I still hadn’t received it. Emailed them –they said they had missed my order and not shipped it– they hadn’t missed charging my card though more that two weeks prior. Given the poor of «handling» of my order I emailed then and asked them to refund the handling charge — could never even get a reply from them. Will take my business elsewhere in future.
