Am I the only one that feels like this place is just ok? I spent over $ 700 on items today, and they are nice, but no better than the place in vail where we bought our other bears. We live locally, and they didn’t offer to help with any discount, delivery, etc– and the place in vail we use did. I am sure we will like our pieces, but this place is nothing special. They didn’t seem to appreciate our business, so I likely won’t return.

A great place to find hand carved treasures! The prices are so worth the detail and effort put in. We bought a moose 10 years ago and a new bear this past week. Beautiful and locally made! Highly recommend!

Stopped into Breck Bears after spotting the wood carvings on the side of the road. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly gentleman running the shoppe, he gave us a brief rundown of inventory, pricing and background of the works. The carvings are made by 12 different local families so you can feel good knowing your supporting the locals when you buy here. I really enjoyed browsing the varied selection of chainsaw carvings along with other wood and metal works for sale. The majority of wood carvings are Bears, all unique and all in different sizes, colors, positions, ect. I recommend checking out the 50% and 20% off carvings, we found some really great deals and ended up buying two medium sized Peeping Tom Bears for about $ 70. If you are looking for a good souvenir to remember your trip or maybe even a gift for someone come to Breck Bears!
