Fireplace

Went in to try to get some help on replacing a broken fireplace glass door. Talk about apathy and lack of service! Kim the owner is not very friendly. He was actually trying to be as disinterested as possible. He did not want to even get up out of his chair to show us any options or alternatives. And after he suggested he would need to come out and look at the fireplace (which made no sense since I not only had pictures, dimensions and the broken glass door itself with me), he then said he didn’t want to come out there this week because he doesn’t feel like driving out there. It is a 20 minute drive! Seriously, is he running a business or just hanging out? Something tells me he had some other no so nice motives. Anyway, save yourself time and aggravation of dealing with this place. I was sorely disappointed by Kim’s attitude (oh and this is considering my in-​laws have used them many many times before for replacement glass panes for the same fireplace so shame on me for expecting a nice, friendly experience)…just that this is the first time I have ever had to deal with Kim directly. Stay away if you can!
