These guys are awesome! I attempted to replace the battery on my iPhone 5 myself, and didn’t get it together right. I took it into The Hub and they had it back in a matter of minutes. I was told they were busy, but I said I’d wait since I came over from Silverthorne. This place saved me a trip into Denver. Thank you!

Called to get my Mac desktop worked on, the owner James was very helpful over the phone and told me to bring it by. Jordan was there when I brought it in, he was super helpful and willing to answer all of my questions (that would probably be annoying to most tech savvy individuals) without any condescending attitude! Brian did the work on my computer and I got it back the same day for a good price! Couldn’t be happier with the service and knowledge provided by these guys. This is the second time I’ve used them for computer service, the first time was for a MacBook Pro about a year and a half ago and I was also treated right and in a timely matter. Two thumbs up and around for The HUB!

A week after having my phone screen replaced at The Hub, it was popping out from the phone. I took it to an Apple Store and they said the replacement job was quick and sloppy. Screws were missing, and they didn’t take their time to replace the adhesive. SUCH a disappointment considering I paid $ 120+ for the fix. Would not recommend anyone take things here to be fixed.

I really love the Hub. The atmosphere is really cool, they have it set up so you can wait without being bored while getting some repairs. I was just in there for a few minutes getting my iPhone battery replaced. I only had time to do a walk around the store before my phone was repaired. I got a great deal and it was so convenient. I was really anticipating having to go outside of Breck to replace my battery, but I don’t imagine I would have been near as happy with anywhere else.

I called about an MacBook charger. The guy was super friendly on the phone, double checked that they had the proper model for my exact computer, and when I got there they were super helpful. He then asked if I had charging problems and we looked at how it was charging. We did some sort of hard reset to the computer to improve its performance. Really great service!

Tried to shop local and I got burned. I brought my ipad 2 in for repair after the screen was badly shattered. Brian repaired the screen at a cost of $ 200 dollars. He did not do any sort of diagnostics and when I got it back, I learned the camera no longer worked and there was damage to the LCD. Worst of all, the screen replacement began to crack on the left side of the screen where my thumb tends to rest when I use it. When I contacted Brian about my concerns, I got a sarcastic, immature response and an offer to replace the screen that was not properly installed initially for an additional $ 50. I wish I had taken my ipad to the apple store in Denver where technicians diagnose problems and complete repairs in a skilled and professional manner. The location is beautiful but the place is poorly managed. I suspect these guys will be out of business soon. If you value your device, I would recommend having it serviced by Apple.
