Loud, slacker service and music that makes your brain hurt. I would describe the dj mix as rasta bar mitzvah which is not good. I expect better from Breckinridge.

Fun bustling bar at the bottom of Peak 8. Atmosphere is great-super busy! But we were able to get a table pretty quickly-by the fireplace too– and our server, Elliott, did a great job of taking care of us. They have daily drink specials. Yesterday I tried their Monday Mule. We also split their beef quesadilla-it was good! A great place to take a ski break.

Really expensive food & drinks. $ 5 for hot water & a tea bag. Food is really average. Better to buy something at the base to eat up here. Service was friendly tho.

This place does the trick. We usually end the ski day with a drink at this bar. It gets crowded sometimes and the staff is always friendly and attentive. It’s cool to have a live Dj playing while we end the night. The only drawback is that it doesn’t stay open that late. Last call is 4:45. Tip: Try the almond joy!

This place was good, I just wish that they had a larger lunch menu. I know most people are here for drinks but I was there to eat. The place was packed but our server did an amazing job with us. I always had water and my burger came out very quick. I will come back next time I go riding at Breckenridge.

I went with a friend for her birthday to the fun park. We decided to have a few drinks and some lunch, we stopped into the T-Bar. I walked up and waited for the bartender to stop talking to her coworkers sitting at the bar in their work outfits. When she noticed me she let out a big sigh and dragged her feet to come take my order. After pouring the very different sized drinks she dropped them on the bar in front of me and demanded $ 12.00. I was given no option for food or future drinks. My friend and I shrugged it off and walked out to the patio so we weren’t bothering her anymore and reevaluated our dining options. We were on the patio for about 15 minutes before the same bartender came out and asked 3 other tables if they wanted a refill, then walked right by us. Another 5 minutes later she came out, came right up to us and asked, «So are you gonna order food or just crash the patio?» At that point my friend and I were too shocked to actually respond and we must have taken too much of her time. She turned to the table next to us, yanked a menu from their table slapped it down on ours and walked away. We were finishing our drinks and another employee came out to take our order. We promptly chugged our drinks and ran, before we could be a hindrance to the staff!

WARNING: Do NOT order the artichoke dip! It tasted like Campbell’s Cream of Artichoke soup with spinach in it. Service was fine.

Why 4 stars? Because the burger hit the spot. — — — Apparently, skiing is hard. It burns calories and makes you satanically hungry. Despite this, I just wasn’t feeling the cafeteria style restaurant in the lodge, and luckily saw another customer enjoying a juicy burger. I asked him where he found that deliciousness, and he directed me to T-Bar. This was a God send, as I think I ate my very hearty burger in world-record time. If only I had had a Guinness representative there to make it official. Damn my lack of resources. Thank you T-Bar for providing me with the fuel to go back out on the slopes and nearly break my bones.

Favorite bar within Breckenridge ski area. Julia and I found the T bar to be the most affordable place to grab some drinks and food while catching our breath from the slopes. We came to Breckenridge for spring skiing around early April. It was beautiful outside and we were able to have some cocktails out on their patio that sits at the bottom of peak 8. It has a wonderful view of the mountain and it is a lively place around lunch time. They had a good selection of tap beer, I was surprised to see that they carried a draft from one of my favorite breweries, Kona. It was the last place I expected to find the Hawaiian pale ale. They also have awesome Bloody Marys perfect for curing last nights hangover from the absinth bar(more on that later). The food was great and affordable for the most part. I ordered the burger one day and the chicken fritter on our second visit. Both were good sized portion and came with a side of steak fries. It cost less than 3 chicken tenders from the cafeteria next door which I found surprising. The menu items weren’t cheap but they’re your best bet. Service could be slow at times but I can imagine it being difficult to serve there as so many people on the patio are just there to eat a lunch they brought from home or are simply taking a break from skiing. I didn’t mind the extra wait so long as I had a drink and a great view of the mountain.

On our trip up in the mountains, we decided to take the gondola up to Peak 8 and have a drink at T-Bar. There is a great view of the mountains, and it is packed with skiers coming in to warm up from the cold. Even if you aren’t skiing it is fun to come here and hang out! We walked in and sat ourselves. It gets really busy in here –we were lucky that we could even find a seat. Our waitress took a long time to come to our table. We finally ordered 2 Moscow mules. They were good(a little pricey), nice on a wintery day. The waitress never really came back to see if we needed anything else. Finally she came by and we got our check. I get that it is busy, but service could definitely be better. Needless to say it was fun to hang out at a ski bar for a little while and enjoy the mountain life.

At the bottom of Peak 8, this is the place to be during lunch break on the slopes. It’s packed with first come, first serve seating so it’s kind of a mad house. The bloody mary was great! The food isn’t anything special, but it’s somewhere you can sit down with a waitress, warm up, and enjoy the liveliness. I am curious if this is a good place to go for post-skiing happy hour.

Located right at the base of the breckenridge ski mountain, it is a perfect place to get drinks and food either before or after a day of skiing. The staff is friendly, and the views of the mountain is geat

Last ski season, this was a go to aprés ski stop. No longer. The menu is now VERY limited and even pricier. The nachos, which were to die for, are no longer. Now its simply an over crowded, super over priced bar with sub par food options. Sad to see the changes go in the wrong direction.

As with all other Vail Resorts this restaurant/bar is crazy expensive, but they have a captive audience so what can you really do about it? Unilocal and sigh. Oh well. We came in after a quasi-early end to our day of skiing(2:00 pm ish) and it wasn’t too packed. We saw a few other couples getting ready to go outside, so we just hovered and were able to sit within a few minutes. I could see this place being packed on peak times, so prepare yourself for a mad house if you’re looking for apres drinks, lunch, or really anytime on the weekends. They were going around with samples of different flavors of Moscow Mules which was kind of nice, but didn’t taste good enough to purchase. Note: I’m picky about my mules and think I make the best one around. We thought about getting fries, but for $ 13 we skimped and just got a round of brewskis instead. All in all — fun, but the mountain is way more fun!

Let me start by saying best buffalo chicken sandwich in life and fair price for the portion! Super crowded on weekends but gotta always think that’s a good thing when food and drinks are good. Beer and drinks are pricey but it’s a ski resort what do u expect. Trying to get a menu is near impossible. Good luck! Otherwise super friendly staff, great shareable food, and the view of the mountain is perfect!

Sitting here now at T-bar and had to write this before I left. Average price on beer, considering its location, that had an an okay craft brew selection but not enough taps to make it anything worth bragging about. Tab was 31 dollars before tip for two pints and a burger with fries to give you an idea of cost. Though, the portion size is very large and it was very tasty indeed. Now the bad. receipt said our servers name was MOJO. We ordered the bacon burger, an ipa and the kona koko brown ale.(note: she recommended the kona and said it’s her favorite and she has it all the time) I am allergic to nuts, including coconut, and I asked the server if the kona koko brown ale had any type of coconut in it.. The server looked at me like I was stupid and responded with an affirmative, ‘No’. I thought it was rude but chalked it up to her possibly being really busy. The beer arrived and after taking my first big gulp I could taste and smell a very prominent coconut aroma. Waited a moment and my throat started to get a slight tingle so after a Google search on my phone it was easy to see the beer as being labeled as having, ‘real toasted coconut used in the brewering process’… Wtf… I could have died. It’s not so much her lack of on the spot beer knowledge that bothered me, as she could have just said she didn’t know and would find out and that would have been perfectly understandable. Don’t tell customers there isn’t an allergen in something you are ignorant on. To top it off when I told her about her giving us wrong information she essentially didn’t say anything but a mumble under her breath and walked away. Her actions and attitude were appalling. Not once did she even so much as apologize for lying. Sincerely, Disappointed

TBar is our place to chill at Breck after a long day of boarding or a nice place for people to hang out who don’t want to board or ski. The service is decent. Waited 10mins on a slow Thursday to get a drink at the bar. Expect to pay $ 12 for 2 beers!

I usually don’t mind the crowds that often gather here during the weekend(hence, not the one star), but this Sunday morning was beyond bad. It’s Sunday morning/11am, eight people sitting at the bar, two bartenders and everyone had a drink when I sat down at the bar. It took 9 minutes, till I had to grab the attention of the bartender and ask for my drink. I paid, she came back spilled some of the drink on the table and then dropped the pen I needed to sign for the bill in the puddle she made. Hopefully, a few more drinks will make me feel better… but with this service I’ll sober up before every drink!
