Great vibe. Went for a light breakfast and coffee. The Watson was delish. Sat in the window with a fine Latte. People were super friendly. A definite morning stop.

I wish I lived in Breck so I could lounge at The Crown everyday! Def my favorite place to grab a latte in Summit County. I stopped in twice over my last visit and only grabbed a cinnomin & honey latte(miel) both times. It was really good. The whole milk really adds a creamy flavor to the espresso. The baristas take their time crafting each drink that they serve. The crown has more than just coffee to chose from. They serve alcohol, ice cream, coffee, breakfast and lunch. Basically all of my favorites in one. The atmosphere is very cozy, but trendy. It incorporates the local bar atmosphere as well as a coffee shop. They play really great music and I loved the décor. I can’t wait for my next trip to Breck to try something new at The Crown!

I came here to chew bubblegum, and kick ass. And I’m all out of,…wait. Is that bubblegum ice cream? Holy crap this place has everything!!! Where the hell else can you rock up at 7:30AM, caffeinate until you vibrate apart(I totally called the existence of those gravitational waves, two of Chase’s latte’s and I can frickin FEEL them), and THENDRINKBEER!!! And then there’s the food. You know those people who go to church? That’s because they’ve never been to The Crown. Blasphemous? Perhaps. But Brett and Sara’s recipes could make an atheist believe in creation. ANDWTHTHERE’S ICECREAMTOO!!! Seriously. The staff and owners are midwestern nice(just watch out for that wood chipper out back), the wifi is fast, the food rocks, and you can legally alter your mind for 15.5 hours a day. What’s not to like?

This is my go-to lunch/meeting place. They have a wonderful, fresh tasting menu for food, excellent choices for coffee and tea, plus, they serve booze, wine and beer! Winner all around! If you’re just walking Main Street during the day or getting off the hill, definitely stop in to check them out! Support local and NOT franchise!

Probably my favorite place to have a latte in Breck in the afternoon. Cozy atmosphere-you can order your coffee(and lots of yummy pastries and other things to choose from) and cozy up by the fire or read in a comfy chair. The employees are super friendly. Great place to relax by yourself or with friends!

Mountainous hipster coffee shop that has a great variety of unique drinks(some including alcohol!) with a great atmosphere. I got a mocha with peppermint schnapps and it was delicious. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Get the boozy drinks! Maybe not the second you get into town, but after your body adjusts to the elevation. I got the Warm Apple Pie, and it’s a dangerous drink because you can barely taste the alcohol. It was delicious and warmed me up from the 15 degree weather outside(and got me a little tipsy). Great place to also get some coffee and get some work done on the computer!

The Crown delivers a quick casual breakfast that us tasty and at a good price point. You order at a counter from a Selection of pastries /wraps /sandwiches. There are a few tables a a couple of high tops. I had a breakfast wrap which was quite good and their coffee was solid. Under 10 bucks for both, which I don’t find outrageous. I’m going back, no doubt.

Stopped in here for breakfast before going snowboarding/skiing. Quaint café. Got to read a local paper with my breakfast and hot cider. They forgot a couple of the items we ordered but rectified it quickly. I also appreciate that they are eco-friendly. Noticed a couple recycling bins by the kitchen.

The pork green chili is 5 stars. I could and almost ate it everyday when I was in town recently. Meaty, nice portion, good value, great flavor… I want more now! The place gets really crowded and seating is hard to find when all the coffee drinkers are playing on their computers and taking up seats(and whole tables) but they will and did share the open chairs. Decent bloody mary’s too.

Royal Tiger burrito was great, fresh and moist eggs. To add a side of pork green chili is great pair. I am Surprised Colorado knows how to make great burritos!

Cubano. Get it. You will not regret it! Also, they get pastries from Bun in the Oven. The cinnamon muffin was so indescribably good, it was unreal! Love the rustic/modern feel. Really great place.

Almond milk as a solid substitution — YES! That’s the extent of my review, really. I judge a place on whether or not they are running a business IN2015 and have more than soy as a sub for those unable to digest lactose. They do! The décor reminds me of something I would definitely visit on a regular basis should I live near the area. It’s very welcoming, open, and unpretentious. The whole place says, «Hi, I provide coffee — won’t you join me and hang out for a while?»

This place is incredible. Sara and Brett(owners) have worked hard to create a cultural haven in downtown Breck, and it’s totally that. Local arts and crafts on the walls, locally-baked goods on the counter, locally-brewed beer behind the bar, and locals at every table. We got breakfast burritos and breakfast beer, then later that day, a delicious dessert, coffee, and booze. The house Pork Green Chili is the perfect compliment to a hard day of skiing after a hard night of drinking. The boozy coffee is delicious, and patio seating is dog-friendly and a great place to chill.

Ever since the crown switch management, it has become a hot spot in Main Street! The owners, Brett and Sara, have truly outdone themselves! They basically renovated the whole place and made it into this cool hang out for locals and tourists. They have comfy chairs around a fireplace and great artwork for sale(!) Want a cup of coffee? They got it. Want to to make it alcoholic or just straight up alcoholic? They can do that too! How bout a sandwich? Sure. Maybe something sweet like a slice of cake? Is this for reals? Heck yeah! If you haven’t check the Crown, please redeem yourself and go now.

Coffee + alcohol = all I could ever want in a café. If I had been in town longer, I would’ve come back every single day. The interior was really cool and the drinks were perfect. They had delicious looking pastries and I learned that«oxygen shots» are a thing? If you’re strolling around the downtown area, it’s definitely worth a stop in!
