Crawford’s Museum

I thought it would have been a museum full of amazing artifacts, instead it was a museum full of Steelers crap. They have the other NFL teams (and some Orioles stuff!) but seriously. I’ve never seen so much Steelers stuff in my life. I needed a bath after being exposed to all of it.
The giant dead elephant head was a nice touch tho.

First — this is a gift shop full of shot glasses/​magnets/​etc… from the states and attractions nearby and a wide assortment of other kitschy items that you can load up the car with.
It is no longer a museum and hasn’t been for some time.
But it is an amusing store to shop for those that you have no clue what to get anymore. I’ve brought home a Tennessee Titans pin for mom, a pink panther on a giant die cookie jar for a friend, small bags of polished stones, and any number of odd times from stops into this place. Never fails to provide some interesting trinket.
Alas, the Gone With the Wind business card holder with the quote «you need kissing, badly» has never seemed to make it out of the store with me — maybe next trip.
