Terrible customer service. I walked in and was greeted and asked what I wanted. I immediately made my selection and the person said they’d ring me up. I pulled out my wallet and stood patiently for 5 minutes, while the associates were bullshitting with customers about erroneous trivial shit.

Great guys that work there, and great prices on juices and RDA’s. Wish they would get more new selections of juice brands instead of the same lines of juice every month. One of my favorite shops around Kitsap county

One of my favs. It’s kinda small like a mom and pop shop i love it the friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service shines way above the stores name. I recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and I am extremely satisfied with the business. I tried this place out after one of my clients said it was a good place. I had been going to another place in Bremerton, and after yet another rude visit, I decided it was time for a change. I had dropped several hundred dollars at the other business, and it seemed like once they got your money they could not care less about you. Well, Ausum is way different. Not only do they have a great rewards program, but they also care. They have answered any questions I had, they have made reasonable recommendations on products (instead of pitching something way too expensive and out of my league), and they have let me try any flavor, any number of times. They can be really really busy at times, so sometimes you may not be able to talk to them as much as you like, but they have treated me very well every time. Also, if they do not know something, they don’t try to BS you, they say they don’t know and will find the answer if they can. I would rather have honesty than someone kissing my butt! Great store, great, real employees, their selection is getting bigger and bigger, and they treat me well, even if I’m not dropping hundreds of dollars at a time (unlike Vape n Smoke who only treated me human if I dropped big money).
