The lady working at drive thru at 7:06 on February 20^th was extremely rude and impatient and I am very upset with how she acted if she can not take people’s order nicely then she should not be drive thru

I stopped in tonight through the drive through and I just want to compliment the Oriental lady who served me. I do not know her name, but she was a nice, pretty lady with glasses. She referred to me as ‘Miss’ when speaking to me and made sure I had everything I ordered. Never failed to smile. I have to say that KFC is already a favorite place of mine so I was excited to find one here in Bremerton, as I am from Texas and just moved here. This kfc has nice people, but not near as nice as this lady! Good customer service matters, even in fast food! On top of that, the food was warm and delicious.

Preface: Its not like anyone actually reads reviews for fast food places, and I know this but I have to talk about our experience here tonight.
We went tonight at 7:55 on our way home from shopping. We had groceries in the car, stopped for KFC and they were out of the chicken tenders, which we both ordered. I heard the guy saying they only had four left, (probably from hours ago based on how old it looked).
The lady, who rushed us while taking the order, asked us to pull around to the front so they could make more, and she said it would be 3 minutes.
After 15 mins we went inside and were told it had –just– been put in the fryer. Also please note that it was not busy at all, not one customer was in the lobby, one car was right before us and after about 10 mins waiting one more showed up after us.
Finally we had to go inside, after waiting 15 mins outside and when we looked at the food we recieved were were horrified to find that we were both were given 2 pieces of DRIED UP DISGUSTING CHICKEN. It broke in half when I tried to tear off a piece, it was so dry and old, and nasty.
Why the hell did we wait 20 minutes then? We were given the old dry stuff they had when we first showed up 20 minutes ago. Also she assumed my husband wanted the same drink as me which he did not order.
For the «inconvenience» I was given a ‘fresh’ tiny nugget (not tender) of chicken instead of a new one when we knew they had JUST made some. This store needs to be shut down. It doesn’t get enough business to keep fresh food. Never eating here again.

My family and I stopped in around 6:30pm and ordered the $ 20 fill up which included three large sides, a 20 piece bucket of extra crispy chicken and biscuits. It was hot, crispy, and delicious! I must also rave about the service. It was awesome! Yes that is right! They brought us our food and checked on us shortly after our food was delivered! The inside establishment was very clean. To be honest, not what I was expecting. I was impressed. That is all. Thanks KFC

5 stars for Jesse serving us and making our night even though they were closing and cooked an extra sandwich for us. Jesse your the bomb. Been to some crappy as kfc and this is the best by far.

I was hesitant after reading reviews but went anyhow and glad I did. Natalie who took our order was such a delight and you could tell by how cheery she was that she was really enjoying her job. The food was great and stayed hot for the 15 minute drive. I like how they take accountability and put the name and email of the owners on the window.

They definitely need to restaff this store, the food sucks, the chicken is so greasy and old it’s almost unbeatable, KFC used to be a good place to eat. I never go there any more. Popeyes chicken is so much better (less greasy) and fresher! To bad they didn’t have the col.‘s recipe.

Ordered two 3 piece chicken tender combo meals. They came without the biscuits so I went back to the counter and asked for them. I was told the combos did not come with biscuits. I explained to the checker that every combo I have ever ordered came with biscuits but he was positive they did not. The gnats buzzing around the soft drink machine/​check stand mentioned by another reviewer were still there. The tables were free of crumbs but they obviously had not been washed. I noticed the staff had plenty of time to stand around outside the main entrance and smoke, though. The next time I’m in the mood for chicken I’ll be going somewhere else.

The staff was very polite and informed me that it would be a 10 minute wait to get my order fresh and hot, which i appreciated. After agreeing to wait, they even gave me a free drink. But i think the environment needs to be focused on by the staff. Upon entering i noticed some insects buzzing around the checkstand, and although i dont believe that they were standard houseflies, they were still kind of questionable. also, a few of the tables still had some crumbs, and other debris even though there was no one else dining at the facility at the time. I have no complaints about the food, but i think that the staff should try to make their area more presentable.

The associate was polite and provided a helpful suggestion to save us a few dollars on our order. She even threw in free drinks! My only complaint is that we had ordered crispy and grilled chicken, and I asked for a breast and a leg, and the only grilled pieces we got were one breast and one leg. So much for leftovers…

The food is always hot because they’ve run out of something you’ll want so they’ll have to cook it fresh — if that’s a positive for you, this is your place.

The WORST KFC ever — hands down! The staff is rude.
Once when I went there I asked for two drumsticks and they asked ‘crispy or regular’ — I said regular and they said they were out, so I said I’d take crispy and they were out of that too (why even bother asking?). Then they informed me if I wanted drumsticks, I’d have to buy 24 of them because that’s how many they fry up at a time and it was too close to closing time to fry that many up. They weren’t going to be closed for AN HOUR AND A HALF! I left without drumsticks.
Months later I decided to try them again thinking the lunchtime staff might be nicer. When I asked if I could substitute a drumstick for the chicken strips in my box meal, the girl behind the counter said yes, then my order was screwed up — they put the chicken strips in anyway. When I asked the manager about substituting, she said they don’t do substitutions, that I would have to buy a drumstick. I told her the girl at the register said they’d do the substitution (in a case like this, most places will at least do it that once and just let you know next time they won’t) — she absolutely would not budge on the issue. I took the chicken strips out of my meal, left them on the front counter and left.
I promptly went to the KFC in Silverdale and asked their manager if they would do a substitution like that for me — they said no problem and asked if I wanted a meal. I told them what had happened in Bremerton and that I already had food from there, but I would NEVER be going back to that KFC and will be going to Silverdale in the future for my fried chicken fix.
Avoid this KFC at all costs! I don’t know if they’ve changed staff or improved since I’ve been there (it’s been a while) but I sure as shoot won’t be going back to find out!
