Pizza Hut

I don’t know what they do behind the counter because they take forever when there is no one there.

They suck they couldn’t get her order right twice in a row and then on top of that we got sick the next morning so never will I eat here again

I love how I can get to this place without dealing with the silverdale bucklin hill traffic I think I’ll be going to this from now on at least till the traffic situation is calmed down and I love how clean the location is and friendly staff :)

I ordered online so that I could grab and go as I was on my way to the party I was going to… Well I get there and it takes 15 mins longer then the 25 mins I already waited… Meanwhile there is no one in the store (customer wise) so I’m not sure what made them take 40 mins on my pizza when I was quoted 25. How nice.

I order carry out or delivery once a week. Their pizza is great. I’ve been a regular for ten years. Any problems are resolved to great satisfaction. Best pizza. Use coupons.

The Good:
Delivery Drivers: Always friendly and courteous. I’ve only had positive experiences with their drivers.
The Food: When it’s good, it’s delicious.
New Building: The new building is a huge upgrade.
The Bad:
Inaccurate Estimates: The time estimates on Pizza Hut’s online ordering system are always too optimistic (whether using Carry Out or Delivery).
The Food: No time for quality control. Today I received burned breadsticks that were barely edible. I am currently eating them, but I would be hesitant to order breadsticks from this location again.
No Dine In: I don’t really need it for pizza, but it’s always nice to have the option.
Location: The Fred Meyer parking lot (where Pizza Hut is located) tends to attract transients.
Conclusion: I’ll order from Pizza Hut again. For breadsticks, I’ll stick to the Target mini Pizza Hut in their little deli. They come in a box (instead of a greasy bag) and are consistently delicious.

This Pizza Hut chain is the best on in town. The staff is super friendly & the orders are made to perfection. The food is right on time, no second short & if they do happen to mess up with anyone, they will gladly remake the order at no charge.
It’s weird to give a ⁵⁄₅ stars on a fast food chain, but I was so impressed by the quality and care that this little corner Pizza Hut showed. I hope the quality will continue as this was the first time I experienced a ⁵⁄₅ fast food chain. The staff has treated me with more courtesy than a 4-​star restaurant. It’s finally good to see staff that cares about their jobs.
Every time I walk in, I’m happily greeted. This will be the only Pizza Hut I order from.
I also want to point out that «RJ» who wrote the 1 star review, I did some investigation because «yelling at customers» seemed like no store would ever do. I found out that there are people that leave bad reviews because they try to get free food. This RJ has never entered the store but left the same word for word message on the manager’s phone. «RJ» was attempting to get free food by leaving a false review.

I just visited the store next to Fred Meyers and will never return. After ordering I waited for 31 minutes, 16 minutes past the promised order time. No one was in the front of the store and after requesting help several times I went around the counter and inquired for someone to help me. I was then yelled at and told to go around the front without even addressing my concerns. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never written a review before but I was so put out to have my family waiting in the car for me hungry only to be treated like this. NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, usually very good. This is the new style store called wing stop, that has a few more items to choose from than the regular Pizza Hut locations. Deliver or carry out. Nice store, clean, chairs to sit in while you wait, TV in lobby, Restroom available, friendly staff… So far, so good.
After trying the Breaded wings at home they actually tasted very good. Liked them very much.
