Pizza Hut

I had it with them. They take forever to deliver the pizza, and I mean really forever. Most of the time when they deliver, the food that I ordered is missing. Smh…

Horrible. Ordered pizza here today at 2, the eta of the delivery said 3:43 & didn’t mind. When it hit 4, I called to see what what taking so long, but no one answered the phone. So I called again and finally someone answered but hung up on me… this has continued for another 3 calls. Finally someone answered and at this point, the pizza is over half an hour late. Whoever picked up the phone didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or for the delay. He just told me that the delivery guy just left and told me to have a good day. What made it worst was when the guy got here, he didn’t even apologize as well and my pizza COLD.

This is the first time i ordered because i really want their pizza, waffle fries and the hershey’s cookies. But the fries is missing. :(I do hope you will not forget an item when delivering. because somebody is really craving for it :(

Took 45 minutes to be delivered. There was more crust than toppings and nothing was evenly remotely warm. Going to call tomorrow to complain. Will stick to domino’s from now on.

On a rainy/​soggy night, I just didn’t feel like cooking or carrying out, so I ordered a large pizza online, and since it’s a Saturday night I didn’t expect it to get here right away. I was impressed that my pizza actually arrived about 15 minutes early. Now that I’ve taken a bite, I understand why it got here early — it’s not done! The veggies are way too crisp and almost raw, and the cheese was warm and melted but not bubbly and browned like it should be. I had to stick it in the oven for another 20 minutes to get it done the way it should be. Should’ve just made a trip to get a frozen pizza or cooked like usual. I ordered my pizza around 6:15, and it’s now 8:45 and I’m just now about to eat. Pick a different Pizza Hut!

I just tried to order a pizza online for delivery (one pizza, mind you) and I checked my email for my confirmation. Upon further inspection, I realized that the delivery time wouldn’t be for another TWO HOURS! 2 hours for one pizza. Ridiculous. So, I called the store to confirm this and the man who answered seemed uninterested and rushed. He told me people have called out and it would take that long to get my pizza. I’ve worked in the food business before, and I understand that things happen, but 2 hours for a pizza… I cancelled my order and took my business to Domino’s instead. I don’t know why I didn’t try them first, I always order domino’s when I’m on duty and they do a fantastic job and keep you updated on your delivery status. Not to mention, I just ordered a pizza and stuffed cheesy bread from domino’s for the same price as one pizza from Pizza Hut.
This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with this Pizza Hut, so do yourself a favor and save some time and just order from somewhere else. I think I’m going to try a local business next time :)

1 hour and 40 mins to get our pizza. WE ONLY ORDERED 1! Worst service ever pizza was cold and hard… piss up a rope pizza hut I’ll never order from you again.

I’ve ordered from here many times and have been always more than pleased. An hour an a half ago I ordered again and explicitly asked if they would furnish change for a $ 100 bill for my order. They said it would be no problem at all. Just now, over an hour later, the driver called and said that it is against their policy. I explained that I had it approved when I had called and described the person I had spoke to. I am very dissatisfied. Why did I have to wait so ridiculously long to have them change their mind? Sitting here hungry and enraged in such poor communication on their part. I think this was a dealbreaker this time. We are very upset.
UPDATE:
I called the store this morning and Thomas made it right with me. Although the night before sucked, we were compensated for our frusterations. Thank you for making it right. Changing rating to four stars :)

We ordered today and it fot here over 30 minutes late.
It was really cold .
We ordered the new ones with the cheese sticks in the crust and the cheese was refregerator cold.

The remodel is looking good. Raschell did an awesome job. Very attentive and made sure the drinks were kept full. Attentive without being bothersome. We tried the hotdog pizza on a whim and we were not disappointed… It had good flavor and the mustard was a bonus. Keep up the good work.

Yuck.
Pizza arrived cold. Wings arrived without the ranch dressing I ordered. Apple pies were pretty good though.
Back to Dominos for this family.

The family and I are staying at a hotel nearby and I didn’t feel like making dinner in our kitchenette again, so pizza it is! I was going to order Domino’s, but the man wanted stuffed crust, so Pizza Hut it was.
I ordered online and opted for carry out because I have horrible conversation skills and stutter and the confirmation email said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. From the time I finished ordering to the time I walked in the door was about 25 minutes and my pizzas was just finishing up. When I walked it, no one greeted me and I stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. Now, I’m not all self involved or anything, but when you have one other customer eating in the dining room and there’s two people working behind the counter, a simple «Hi» would be nice.
Anyway, my two pizzas came out, got boxed up and I was off. No tip, thanks. I think I will stick with Domino’s or try one of the local pizza places… unless the man wants stuffed crust again :/

I ordered pizza and wings today. It was possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had for an order for delivery
First — it took more than 2 hours — I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever waited more than 45 minutes for a pizza — but 2 hours ???
Then when I received my order it was not complete — being late and tired I didn’t want to fight
Then the pizza it self was terrible — like card board with very little flavor
If you have options — I would strongly recommend you avoid this place

I ordered a cheese lover’s because I can’t have tomato, picked up in store and drove the 20 minutes back home. Made it home to open the box and realize they gave me the totally wrong order. Called the store to which the rude lady on the phone said, «well can you drive back so we can fix the order?» This isn’t the first time they’ve ruined an order, I’m going to continue using other pizza stores in the area.

NEVER AGAIN. I always order from Dominos and have never had a problem with them. I decided to try our local pizza hut for something different. Huge mistake. An hour after they said they’d deliver I called. The woman who answered was extremely rude and condescending when I was trying to explain to her what happened. Apparently they delivered my food to the wrong house even tho they clearly had my address. So, two hours after I ordered my food came to my door, wrong order of course., but fuck it I was done dealing with them so now I am out a few bucks because they forgot my drinks. Hopefully whoever signed for my order had a great dinner on me, assholes.

I read many reviews trying to find a quick pizza place. I typically order quick pizza from Pizza Hut in port orchard but I was at naval hospital for the birth of my daughter and needed to feed the kids. So after reading all the reviews for this place I am unsure as to why it’s rated so poorly after my experience there. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The checkout process was expeditious and professional. The atmosphere inside Pizza Hut seemed nice but I did carry out so this review should not be used to reflect any experience eating in. After taking my pizza to the car I wanted to check it for order correctness and completed cooking and found no flaws or undercooked parts. I rate this experience 5*. Best of luck to this establishments reviews. If you enjoyed this Pizza Hut I encourage you to review it.

Terrible service. The lady that took our order was rude and rushed us off the phone before we were even done ordering. Than when we called back to change the delivery time, we were put on hold for 30 minutes to be told that the future order couldn’t be delivered earlier… There was still 2 hours… Never again with this place.

This Pizza Hut is terrible at customer service and at delivery time. Not only did they lie about the times they gave me, they delivered dry pizzas, and then proceed to call me a liar! The staff here is rude, non compliant and refuses to please the customer. And the manager doesn’t do anything either! She is as bad as the poor staff she manages! I will never dine here again and I recommend others to adhere to my advice!

Ordered 2 medium pizzas online. One hand tossed and one pan. When I went to pick them up they took forever to bring out my order. Then when I got home I saw that they were both hand tossed. Didn’t really taste all that great. Didn’t seem fresh either

Just… absolutely terrible. I don’t know why we strayed from our usual takeout/​delivery option, but we did and I regret it terribly. Cheese sticks came without marinara rendering them inedibly dry and we honestly could’ve done better with a frozen pizza. Delivery took almost an hour. I wouldn’t come back if the pizza was free.
