Actually it should be minus stars. I’m so angry with this place. First, my things are covered in mold. I’ve had non heated storage before, and NEVER have I had mold on my things. Next, when I brought up that I had mold she said it’s normal and to call insurance. Then, a month later they raised my rental price $ 30.00. I don’t suggest this place to anyone. They’re awful. Total rip off.

If I could give zero stars I would. If your looking for a safe dry place to store your belongings THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. A whole section of my storage had mold covering it. This is after 4 months of storage. My sofas, photo albums, linens, shoes were all moldy. I looked into what their «Washington state required insurance» would be and listed at only covering $ 250 of total damages due to mold. There employee on duty who I talked to gave me no reassurance whatsoever, saying «that’s no good». I was wanting to remove all my belongings right away to avoid further damage and not be held liable for rent of this moldy storage unit for the remaining portion that I would no longer be occupying the unit. There District Manager made the experience worse by quoting Public Storages policy on «prorating» and completely disregarded the mold issue all together. End result I paid for the entire months rent for an empty unit and took my NOW BIOHAZARD FURNITURE AND CLOTHING to my brand new home. Mold will be a common issue since this is not a «dry» storage. I feel robbed.
