My experience was nothing like Jay R.‘s or Kelly J.‘s. A top-notch local company, run by a woman. I called, she called back that evening. She came out a couple days later, measured and told me it might be a couple of weeks, because her crews were busy. I was okay with that, but then she called a couple of days later and said they could get started that week. The guys came out, dug post holes, and set posts. A day or two after that, my cedar fence with a chain link in the back was done! So not only was it fast, it was quality work that was cheaper than another popular fencing company. I have recommended Rock Bottom to a number of friends.

As with the previous reviewer, I contacted Rock Bottom multiple times (3 phone calls and an internet contact) and they failed to get back to me. This was after assurances from the woman who answered the phone that they would get back to me that day, no matter what. I had high hopes for this place as they seemed to do a good job with my neighbor’s fence. He said that he had no problems with Rock Bottom getting back to him. How can a company who fails to even respond to a request for service be expected to be trustworthy? By the way, I would have rated them zero stars, but that was not an option.

Contacted Rock Bottom three times for a fence. Apparently it’s too much to get a phone call or email back from them. They’ve made all the fence money they care to, I guess.
