They faxed my Moms prescription to the wrong doctor. No notice & when she went to get her prescription it wasn’t filled yet. Didn’t make it a priority to get it resolved and now she’s out and has lapsed a day. It’s been 5 days since they wrongly called it in & it’s still not resolved. Won’t do a full prescription and often a hassle every 2 weeks because hey sometimes don’t call it in so she has to l. My mom calls it in and it is a pain in the ass. It’s the third time this has happened, either the doctor is away or not available or whatever.

She went out of her way to call me to let me know of a offer that will save me $ where my insurance wouldn’t cover it.
