Horrible wait!! There was like 4 or 5 cars in front of us on drive thru. Waited like 30 minutes! Ridiculous!

I was just there and I waited in the drive thru for 8 minutes so I went inside to five girls giggling and talking and really only the cashier working. When I told them there were 4 cars in the drive thru, they informed me the headset doesn’t work. Then I said well you need to put a sign or fix it. What a waste of time.

We perfectly enjoyed our fast food experience here. The ketchup dispenser was full. We were greeted in a friendly manner and asked if we wanted to «Texas-​size» our combos.
No complaints AND they have 80% recycled paper towels in the bathrooms!
Now if they can only put a franchise inside The Loop in Houston!

I have been to other DQs but this place is awful. The rude manager working at this location made the experience horrible. I will be not returning.
