Stopped in thinking it would be a typical experience. Decent sandwich fairly quick. 2 pm in afternoon. Only one other person in here. 20 min and no sandwich. Went and asked about it. «Oh we forgot to make it» every time I come in here I remember why it has been so long since I tried it.

The food is below par & the employees are rude. Looks like I won’t be wasting any of my money here ever again!

Fresh fast food or fresh food fast I think it the best on the go restaurant on the go the pizza is really good also the flatbread. I don’t like writing too long review about a place that liked. For me it is either good or not good This place is good. Just go and have something to eat.

This service was HORRIBLE. We wated over 30 minutes for a sandwich and there was barley anyone in the restaurant. Also the person who took our order was the rudest person I have ever met!

Don’t understand why this places doesn’t have more stars. The man who took our order was awesome! He really took pride in his job. Super sweet. Our food came out fast and hot. What more could you ask for?

I see some negative reviews here, but my experience had no problems. The food was good and fresh, tasted excellent, and came out quickly. Schlotzsky’s always hits the spot.

THERUDEST bunch of employees I have ever encountered. Came in at 1:30pm on a Sunday and one of the doors was locked to enter the restaurant. Can someone say illegal? Fire hazard much? Another patron opened the door for us and the woman at the counter didn’t even give a greeting, simply stared at us until we ordered our food. Another employee went to the door after we entered and locked the door again. After we sat down waiting for food, another guy came up and was let in by someone else. He walked to the counter to order and the woman informed him that the restaurant was closed. Closed? It’s 2pm on a Sunday! Your website and the door both indicate you are open significantly later. A third group came in and were told immediately upon entering that the restaurant was closed for Father’s Day. Excuse me? Where is the sign on the door or any other indication that there would be a change in the normal hours?!? I went to the counter to purchase a fountain drink. The register was closed. The woman had to use the drive thru register and told me $ 1.29 as my total. After handing her $ 2, she went back to the open register and took a minute and a half to figure out my $ 0.71 that was due to me in change(no exaggeration, I was checking my watch). She even used a calculator. More. Than. Once. On second thought, why was a calculator needed if she was really using the register? My thought is that she pocketed my money. I should’ve paid more attention. I will not only NEVER go back to this restaurant, but will not be back to this chain.

Their customer service has been tossed out the window. Good thing the food was still good.

I’ve seen many people disrespected here. I’ve also seen a LOT of things I wish I could unsee. Such as the rinsing out of cups(that weren’t handed to the customer yet) and reusing. Lid and all. Or such as forcing an employee to clock out just to use the restroom. Or such as pinching off just enough meat to make it the precise weight that’s supposed to be in one helping. I don’t think one pinch’s worth is enough to fret over. Or such as refusing to give someone an application.(Illegal!) Or such as sticking your finger(in a «HOLDON» gesture) inches from my fiancé’s face when he’s trying to read off an order! I understand if you need a second, but there’s a certain etiquette to dealing with human beings! The owners are short tempered, easily stressed, and rude. Absolutely rude. The 2 stars is simply because(unfortunately for me) I love the food. However, I’m not going back to this one.

The sandwiches are of course delish !, But the service is sub par if you ask me if difer and want a diferent cheese or meat on a sandwich the servers cant seem to not freak out If they cant just press a button to get you order in it takes around 7to 14 mins in the driveway because of this but the food keeps me coming back is you are not in a hurry to drive you will be fine. Also managers NEVERAN I MEANNEVER! To file a complaint the kids there look like they are on drugs and this one who does not where his name tag(don’t get me started)** is always there when i go he handed me my money back and i never got my food after 30 min in the way i filed a complaint with shlotzkys

It was busy and new years day, but they ran out of large pizza and soup. Seemed like they didn’t quite have their act together. When they finally told me thy were out my family had finished there food before I even got mine.

It’s a combo Schlotskys/Cinnabon. Clean and modern décor. Hot and fresh sandwiches. Likely the best fast food stop between Houston and Austin.
