Entrees look and taste like tv dinners. Not bad tasting but… Staff is not… unfriendly. More like apathetic.

Juanes is your typical little Mexican place. Nothing really stood out that was overly fantastic. The restaurant itself is clean and the service was good. We ordered fajita quesadillas. Mine was very much lacking in the shrimp department in my opinion as there was only a few in there. The bell peppers and onions were barely cooked at all and were quite crunchy which wasn’t what I was expecting. Also for those interested, they don’t serve any alcoholic drinks so that might be of importance to some. Overall I would say it’s not horrible and there really aren’t any other Mexican options in the local area. If you don’t mind a short drive to Montevallo, there are better places there.
