When I called this Metro PCS location, the lady had an attitude. When I went into the store 15 minutes later, the lady had an attitude.
I asked her to sync my contacts from old phone to my new phone. She told me she did then handed me both phones.
Some other customers started coming in, and suddenly, she didn’t have an attitude. When I double-​checked my phones, I saw that my brand new 32gb micro sd was missing from my new phone, and replaced with the 2gb from my old phone, but my old phone was missing the 32gb card.
I have a sickening feeling that if I hadn’t called her out in front of the other customers, she would have let me walk out of the store.
SHE WAS TRYING TO STEAL MY SD CARD. Well, regardless, that was some shady stuff, so I will NEVER go back there, and to avoid problems, I suggest no one go there at all.
