She is able to start and finish a massage with the same pressure. My 6’5 husband feels the same. She has also been helping me with my postpartum sore back and shoulders. I was in dire need of a massage when I started looking for a suitable place to go a few weeks ago. With all the spas and wellness centers popping up all over Nashville, I had no clue where to start. And I am SO HAPPY that I ended up with Reagan at BeSimple.
From the moment I walked in, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She made me a cup of hot tea while I filled out my new client form, and her space is completely cozy. I was relieved to feel right at home in her small studio. She walked me through each step, making sure to ask me what my trouble zones were and my comfort levels. She was very receptive to everything I had to say. Before we started, I had the option of a plethora of essential oils to breathe in while I was being massaged!
Once she got started, I was extremely happy I had stumbled across her. She worked through a lot of my tight spots, and helped me feel more relaxed than I had in a long time. My body felt lengthened and soothed by the time she was finished. At the end, there was no rush to get off the table. She allowed me to take my time to gather myself.
When I was conversing with her after the massage, she even gave me great recommendation for a wax specialist in town!
I felt great leaving the studio, and I felt even better the next day.
