I am not someone who usually gives ratings but i do use Unilocal for my benefit all the time… HOWEVER i feel that this review is really well deserved.. Charlie the owner of boilersrus is fantastic! We had a couple of estimates when i boiler blew about a week ago and Charlie came in for a free estimate and went above n beyond. Seriously i can be a very tough judge of character… (i dont trust people or their word…) but speaking to charlie and seeing his passion for his business and his honesty i was rest assured when he gave us a really reasonable price for an exceptional job! Charlie and his partner worked from early in the morning to almost midnight non-​stop until we had hot water! Not only that! But he even texted us yesterday just to see how everything was working and to wish our daughter a happy birthday. …people dont run businesses like this anymore… and so… when you come across someone like this… its only right to acknowledge a job very well done! Thank you Charlie :)

Look no further for a great company and owner — operator! I cannot say enough good things about Charlie and his company. My family woke up this past Sunday to no heat in the house. After finding Boilers R Us on Unilocal and reading the reviews, I called. Charlie immediately answered the phone, I explained the situation and he stated he would come to the house by 11AM (this is a Sunday morning). He arrived at the time he stated, even calling when he was 10 mins away and got to work. Charlie asked me to come to the basement with him so that he could explain what he found. Not only did he explain, I got an invaluable lesson in how the heating system works and what the problem with mine was. Charlie explained EVERYTHING to me and showed me exactly what he was looking at. He explained that the job was going to take some time and that he would need to come back the following day with a helper. In the meantime, he cleaned out the system to the best of his ability (he needed to do it for safety concerns) and got our heat up and running… all without a penny out of my pocket. There were some issues with my landlord (cheapskate) but after getting past that, Charlie and his helper returned the following evening (he even changed his normal schedule around to accommodate nobody being able to be at home during the day). While I was not at home, Charlie sent me numerous photos showing what he found and explaining further what he found. Upon my getting home, he again asked me to come down to the basement and went over every detail of what he found and the work that was done. The entire experience couldn’t have been better! I HIGHLY recommend Boilers R Us to everyone. Charlie will be the ONLY person I (and my family) call in the future for anything related to boiler, A/​C, etc issues.

Always a pleasure to deal with. Had burner service after the winter and he did an awesome job. Replaced a bad part, cleaned and service burner. Highly knowledgeable on all the repair and parts. Highly recommended!
