Buffalo Wild Wings

Absolutely the worst service ever encountered. Took them awhile to set up our tables. Took a half hour before they started to take our order. Seems they were trying to decide who was responsible for serving us. The manager was no manager in this respect. Took even longer to get our food and then not all of the food was delivered or correct and the wings were the last items delivered! How hard is it to have wings ready when you are a wings joint?
Avoid this place at all costs. Never again.

The service sucks.. Ordered 3 cocktails still no food.. came here for food.. waiter came to the table said they are backed up and will b an hour. … well been already waiting about an hour. mad af … berry majito bomb

Ordered online and it took more than an hour for 15 wings, Mac n cheese and onion rings. The food was cold and hard, it was not pleasant to eat. Plus they forgot my ranch. Come on, there were only about 15 cars outside and it shouldn’t took that long. The shift manager got my order together, got me more wings and $ 10 store credit but that’s still ridiculous.

I came here yesterday service was no good! First were sitting by the bar and tell the 1^st server that we started out with that we rather move to the other side because the music is too loud he said that’s fine it won’t be more than 5 minutes. It passed about 20 minutes were sitting there in the same spot waiting for a table. (Mind you there was a lot of empty tables on the other side!!) we get impatient and my friend goes and tells another Server if we can move and she says yes and we move. She «cleans» it with a dry paper towel!!! It was still dirty we didn’t say anything and just decided to use the alcohol wipes and clean it ourselves. And she comes and asks if we have a tab open and we say yes, took them
Another 20 minutes to switch that over. We order our food and after that one of our orders is wrong my friend ordered a sandwich and got a salad instead. The girl says she felt bad that they will do it again and she could get a discount. So we finish eating whatever and we recieve our check and she not only charges us for the wrong salad she also gave no discount like she said, my friend asks her if the price is with the discount and she LIES and says yes? Wtf?! And my friend pointed out that there is no discount and that they charged her for the wrong item and she just didn’t know what to say at first and took it back and fixed it. Which was good but wtf why are Yu gonna lie? So many bad things. They should retrain ppl here for better customer service and maybe out the music lower so they can hear the orders better?!

Came here for my birthday dinner, with 10 family members. Our server Kim was nice until after we got our food. They sat a large party behind us and Kim appeared to take half of that table as well. We were completely forgotten about for the next 30 – 35 min. No more bar drink orders, no more refills, had to chase her down to get boxes, then again for tops for the sauces. Worst experience I have had at B-​Dubs. Hefty bill, good food, really disappointing service.

I come here to watch hockey games. The employees are always friendly and attentive. It’s clean. The food is great.

Boneless wings and sauces here were delicious! My favorite was the bourbon honey bbq. Their happy hour street tacos were very tasty too. And they serve sugar free Red Bull :) It was super busy when we were here (during NBA playoffs), but we were seated fast and our server (can’t remember her name) was great. Love all the big screen TVs.
Only issue — another female server was reprimanded by what I assumed to be her supervisor in the aisle right next to our table. Tacky on the boss’ part and I felt badly for the server. Situations like that should be handled off the floor, away from patrons.

Love this BWW. I live about 5 minutes away and this is our go to spot every saturday evening. Order your wings extra crispy to make sure they come out piping hot if you like it like that as much as we do. The service is really good but not great. Its clean, nice environment, sports on TV, and great wings!

This location is full of upbeat workers that all seem to have a great time doing their job! Drinks never go empty without mention of a refill at least half way down. The food is excellent and their happy hour always has great deals. Tons of beer on tap and very knowledgable bartenders! Ask for samples of you want to try a new beer! This is the only bar I know of that carries the Resignation brewery KCCO gold beer, if you haven’t tried it, you should!!!

My Husband and I used to come here once a week, but lately we’ve been too busy. We stop in now and then, and still receive the same great service and food we’ve had since our first day trying this place out. Maybe we’re just lucky? I’m not sure, because we’ve been here over 10 times at varying times of day, even when they’re so packed it’s unbelievable. The staff are always friendly and on the ball. Only once did it take a little longer than usual to get our order, but they were to capacity that night.
Maybe people don’t realize how rude they can be when they’re drunk and hungry? Who knows.

Be prepared to see babies in car seats next to hammered Mothers who are driving home after. We both really like this place, the food is good and always served HOT, and we’ll keep coming back.

I can’t say enough crappie things about this place. Overcooked food eings, rude servers, constant mistakes with the orders ect … I think what probably pisses me off even more is that this was consistent over a span of 5 – 6 visits. Take my advice and go up the street to Wing Stop.

Every time we’ve been here, we’ve tried different things, and not once were we disappointed. Everything is delicious, and their wings are meaty and not boney like at other wing places. The appetizers are delicious, as well as the desserts and drinks. The service is wonderful, and they work as a team. Our favorite server is Ryan, even when we don’t sit in his area he always makes a point to come and say hi and entertain us with his humor! He is awesome! I’ve been in business a long time and I believe he is prime candidacy for promotion to management. I see him help others, keep glasses full, make customers smile, and is always so happy, and even has time to sing a lick or two lol, but he makes us want to keep coming back. As for a couple of the slowskies at the door, well we hear them talking, or see them brushing patrons off to others, while not being busy (we like sitting near the door, so we see and hear everything near the entrance). However, 99.9% of time, our experience has been great! Manager Mike is always hustling too, and took time out to come over to speak with us regarding our commendation about Ryan and help us navigate through some BWW website problem to leave feedback. Thank you for making us want to return all of the time!

This place has the worst service. You get seated almost immediately but you have to wait to get your order taken. You get your food relatively fast and the food taste good. Unable to justify how long I have to wait.
Last week, I went on a Monday and had to wait half hour and had to tell someone that we didn’t get our water or gave our order. Thankfully I was in good company. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are in a hurry.

If you are vegetarian don’t come here even if your BF entices you with the promise of onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and salad. They use the same oil for everything and will lie.
Our server sucked. There were jalapeños chopped up under the onion rings we ordered and I ate an onion ring that got a little soggy and almost passed out. I drank everyone’s water at the table and our server said she would bring me water and FORGOT! My face was red, entire mouth had so much fire it was numbing, had to go to the bathroom to cough, and still no water, so I had to drink my BF and his brother’s coke. She didn’t refill anyone’s drinks still. My BF paid the tab so we could leave because our server only wanted her tip, and didn’t care to even realize what was going on, I needed a drink so bad!
My BF ordered the philly and said he was highly disappointed, he barely ate it which is not his character. (He is not picky and loves dominos so let that sink in). He barely ate his wings either which is one of his fav foods. He said that he was disappointed with how everything tasted.
Take home:
–Come here to get drunk so maybe the food will be decent
–sports fans will enjoy the tv selection

This place is usually busy. The hostesses were all talking and took them a second to acknowledge us a party of 4. They were kinda rude. Server took forever to take our order. And when we needed refills no where to be found and it wasn’t really that busy that night. He never asked to see if we were ok.
The food however was good. My pull pork sandwich was kinda sloppy as they didn’t take their time with setting the plate just thrown together.

Wednesday night. Server came like twice the whole night, once to order, once for the check, and she was rude as hell. You could obviously see it in her face that she hates it there. The shift manager however, he was really nice. The food was ok, chicken was a bit soggy and not fried to perfection.
Are we supposed to tip sh*tty waiters? I always do, but I’m told that I should not.

It was a non busy Saturday. Surprisingly, because there was a lot of college football and MLB games to watch during this lunch hour.
I sat at the bar, and was quickly greeted by the bartender. She struck up conversation while I decide what to eat and drink. Very fellow fly and attentive to what I needed.
There’s not much more to say. I’ve never really had a problem at any BWW. Any game I wanted to watch, is most likely on one of the TVs. My usual Thai Curry Wings followed by Parm Garlic were very tasty as usual. Even my fried pickles app was hot and crisp.
Always a great go to place for wings/​beer/​sports.

We were greeted promptly and nicely by the hostess. We were also seated within 10 minutes considering it was dinner time and here were 13 of us!
Our server, Heather, was rockin! Her personality was amazing. She was friendly and proficient. She ensured all our drinks were never empty and every single time she had what I felt a genuine smile. It’s been a while since we have been served by someone who not only knows how to take the orders correctly but also has a good personality and demeanor.
The food was good as it always is when we go to BWW, but honestly, our server was more of the highlight than anything else. Five star for Heather!
Why not a five star overall? The outside seating which was where we sat is so close to the street that it was quite noisy. Cars and MC’s being driven by those that lack self-​confidence and have to play loud music or modify their exhaust so they can get the attention of others that they so desperately crave. I guess they have to make up somewhere else for their inadequacies in their personal life!

I’ve always heard about how good Buffalo Wild Wings was. I heard that they rivaled WingStop so of course I had to try them.
Now unlike WingStop you have a server. They have booths and tables, and they even have a patio and a bar. The hours are long too. They open pretty early and stay open late. Monday-​Saturday they are open until 2 a. m!
My family and I got seated rather quickly. We were initially seated at a table, but they let us move to a booth per request.
We ordered the nachos. They were okay. I liked the portion of the chips but there wasn’t enough of the other stuff on it. The distribution of the chili, cheese, etc wasn’t good.
I had a small (ten pieces) traditional wings. Half of them were mild and the other half were spicy garlic. The sauce on the wings are much thicker than the ones used by WingStop. The wings wear big in size and very delicious.
The only problem we had was our service. The woman who served us was nice enough but not attentive as my family would like. It took longer than it should to get our drinks refilled, to get extra sauces, etc. It even took us awhile to even get a hold of our waitress.
Because of this experience with the service, my family won’t return. I might but the rest of the family won’t.
Overall, the experience was okay. Food was good, but the service was not.
