Rich was very good in the beginning of the process. I made the appointment to have laminate floor installed and they were supposed to start at 9 am, rich came over and said they had to do something and would be there by 1030. They showed up at 1130 with two guys who were already tired. The job should have been completed in three days but since they seemed to have too many jobs I only two workers here so they didn’t meet the time line. They ran out of flooring and I was interupped and told I needed to call the business where I purchased the floor since according to rich I was shorted. I am not sure of dimensions and such so why am I calling them and then having to pay for more boxes when he did the estimate and I had a lot of debris in my garage that maybe if I had three experiences workers here would have been enough. I was told several times it would be done that day but then Home Depot didn’t have a tool they needed to complete the job. Why would you not and your workers with all the tools they needs? The debris was left in my garage and I had to ask and move it over myself so I could put my car in the garage. They were supposed to come at 10 and it would take 2 hours they showed up late and it took almost 4 hours. I was told rich has to tuck the carpet and he is the only one but I needed a few days away from this frustrating project. The day came where Rich would come to tuck the carpet replace a moulding that was thrown away and fix another issue and someone else shows up. Then only tucks the carpet doesn’t have the moulding or the piece to fix the issue, have to wait for someone else. Why my job could not be completed that last day makes no sense. No never got an apology for all the trouble from rich only his workers. The floor looks good but I will never use them again nor recommend them.

Was not a happy customer. Delays delays delays.

We are very pleased with C&A Flooring. Our house looks amazing! Richard and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our floors are exactly as we imagined. We will be having them install our carpet as well in the near future. His prices are extremely reasonable. We have also recommended C&A Flooring to friends and family.
