Nice little shop catering to both English and Western riders. They used to be a primarily mobile tack shop, then opened this retail location about 18 months ago. Good selection of boots, clothing, saddles, halters and pretty much anything a rider could need. If they don’t have something in stock, they will order it in for you. Good prices for all budgets. My niece was in need of new boots for competition riding, but at the rate kids’ feet grow it’s hard to justify spending hundreds of dollars on leather boots that may only last a few months. Beautiful though they may be. Dover Saddlery in Plaistow had some nice ones on sale for $ 159, but they were too short on Jade. She has a small foot, but is tall for her age, so needs a long shafted slim boot. C&O carries a line of synthetic leather boots that fit the bill at $ 89 less current promo of 20% off, but didn’t have Jade’s size. There was some miscommunication about whether or not the boots would be shipped overnight so they could get them before returning to Canada. Ended up that they didn’t come in time and I picked them up. We will take them up on a future trip. Beginning of the week, the store is open by appointment only, then retail hours Thursday through Friday. Closed Sunday. Store co-owner, Michelle, can be reached by cell to make appointments or for enquiries.
