Chuck E Cheese’s

They need to hire better people to run the joint. Very unsanitary conditions. The salad bar I give it half star! They don’t replenish anything in a timely fashion. They need to work on keeping the salad bar clean and full at all times. The soft drink dispensing area is very sticky and dirty. Now think about this, unclean salad bar and sticky soft drink area. I wonder how clean the kitchen is? Oh yeah It took 20 minutes after I spoke to someone about needing to replace the syrup on one of the soft drinks. The employee basically brush me off! Now that’s service!!!

I had a coupon for some free tokens, so i waited in line for 15, luke an employee told me to. When i got to the front of the line, the manager (who looked like a crack head), said no tokens unless you buy food. The first employee didnt tell me that! Great customer service! I wont be coming back here.

Went an hour before they close with my family. They had a blast ! right at the entrance Josua very kind and friendly. Then when we went to claim our price the lady at the toy section was super helpful and friendly also ! Will be coming back around this time again the staff is super nice ! Thanks so much for an awesome experience ! :)

Took my son (4 y/​o) and 2 month old here as an excuse to get out of the house. The other reviews are correct, this place has gone a bit downhill. A few of the games were out of order, which would be acceptable if there were more arcade games than there are. A few times machines are our coin or didn’t give us our tickets; normally I would go search for someone who worked there and before there was always someone in earshot but there was no one to be found and I was wearing the baby so forget about it.
Chucky only came out because my son requested him but the first time they played the dance along soundtrack that he’s supposed to dance with the kids to he didn’t come out so my son went and asked again and then when Chucky came out there was no music no anything he simply stood there threw a box of tickets and left. Very disappointing as my son loves Chucky. I’m thinking of letting corporate know, honestly the amount they charge ($ 1 for 3 coins now FYI) we should have a better experience!

The new management is horrible! Business has definitely taken the turn for the worse. I have been here countless of times with my kids and it was always a pleasurable experience, until the new management. I went last night and I will NEVER take my kids back. Not only is it more expensive (3 tokens for $ 1), dining room tables were all dirty with plates and cups still left on tables, pizzas all over the floor, bathroom was a complete mess with no toilet papers in multiple stalls, and half of the games were either not working or out of tickets. Now I know where NOT to take my kids anymore or throw their birthday parties.

Wow I have to say I am very disappointed! Took my six-​year-​old granddaughter here on Sunday at 11am. The disappointment started as soon as we went to place our pizza order, they were out of pepperoni LOL! It took them an additional hour to finally put the salad bar out. Then onto the games. I’d say about 25% of the games were either out of order or took your tokens. We cashed in all of our tickets for vouchers and stood at the prize counter for about 20 minutes before we finally had to go get somebody to help us. Pizza was ok but would’ve been better with pepperoni. They seem terribly short staffed. I think the same person that was taking food orders was actually making the food as well. The lady that was checking people in and stamping their hands at the front door had to leave her post to help behind the register and I’d say there was only approximately 12 to 15 customers in there at the time. Chucky E. Cheese never made an appearance??? what happened to Chucky??? Needless to say that will be our last visit. Don’t waste your money!

Not a very Good experience this time. Most of the machines are out of order, and we had to get a refund on our four salads. They ran out??? Got the pizza though.

My kids love this place!!! Crappy Overpriced Cardboard Pizza and Unlimited refills on the soda machine!!! Old Lettuce salad bar w/​cheap dressings AND Random sightings of Godzilla sized Mouse having conversations with children. (he seems to be harmless!!!) The Games are okay, however some of the good ones are broken. They are very lightly staffed so prepare to wait! Everything about this place is 2 star!!!

This is a modern Chuck E Cheese, with the new stage, sans the robotic singers with which we grew up. Most games are in repair and functioning. Kids enjoy the food. I enjoy the free refills on soda. The frugal parent should always check for coupons before showing up. I’ve found this locale to be relatively clean with an acceptable clientele.

So I’ve been to chuck e cheese many times (Mother of a 10 & 6) never have I had a bday party there. To be honest I always felt like it would be overwhelming because that place alone is madhouse of children! However on 11÷11÷15 I had my sons bday party there and my host? Tatiana was GREAT!!! She was super attentive! Very joyful! Made my son and his cousins feel like superstars!
On average this place is just ehh. I mean its chuck e cheese where a kid can be a kid. So that alone is what it is. Lol. Besides that fact, the salad bar can be a little more clean.
4 stars for Tatiana and minus 1 for the salad bar.

Come here from time to time, usually on fundraiser events. They’re so great to help schools to raise money! I know that each school had it own day, so it will never be another school at the same day, also 15% of all event sales donated to the school. At the day of the school fundraiser each student get a free 10 coins sticker and printed coupons flyer. my kids love coming here! They have great arcade for all ages. Lots of tables, birthday party area, dance stand and more. Staff here are really nice and friendly. The restrooms is pretty clean. Their pizza is not the best… Well I never expect, it will be like in real restaurant.
I did celebrate both my kids birthday parties here in the past years. We had a private host and when it’s time for cake and ice cream big Chucky came out to dance and sing you happy birthday, which is really fun and cool.
My experience from this Chuck E Cheese’s in the past was always good!

I can only do Chuck E Cheese now like 1 or 2 a yr!!! The ppl come in in sections OR should I say clicks. The PIZZA is GROSS, wings NEED HELP. I think you guys NEED to change your salad toppings more frequently… When you see that they are all mixed together, that’s a turn off. Remember when they changed all THE GAMES TO JUST A TOKEN? Yea, now you ONLY get 3 tokens for $ 1…rippin people off!

So I go to Chuck e cheese to book my daughters party today. When we first walk in we have to get stamped and I ask the girl where I need to go to book the party. She says the register. I waited in line for a good 20 minutes, it’s my turn and they say Oh no you have to book it online. Ahhhhhh!!! They said the girl at the front should’ve told you that. Um, well she didn’t, so thanks for wasting my time.

What happened here!!! DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!! I don’t know if they are short staffed or what but almost every table has used dirty plates and things, the drink station is covered in used cups and lids, the bathrooms needs to be cleaned all the trash cans are full and overflowing. It is a Monday so probably not the busiest of times and this place is a wreck. Come on management step it up.
Not to mention the lettuce in the salad bar is going bad and is brown. The other parts of the salad bar are empty and 1 employee has been looking like she is refilling it for an hour but really she is just standing around because nothing has changed. This location my be close to our home but I think it’s worth the drive to go to another chuck e cheese.

So we went here today and were there from 430pm-​630pm.
Pros:
The one lady, Ivoire who was working the cashier/​food ordering/​salad bar AND the ticket/​prize redemption area. She is 5 plus stars. She was easily doing the job of 4 people. Lady if you are reading this review go work somewhere else. They are totally taking advantage of you at this place.
The door people were very friendly both at entry and exit.
Several games gave 10 plus tickets which made the little ones happy.
They sell milk and have free refills on soda. Milk was around $ 1.50 and soda $ 1.99.
Cons:
Salad bar for $ 7.99 a person. This was the saddest emptiest salad bar I have ever seen. Yes I know I am at a kids place but come one it was all dried up and wilted and clearly my hubby and I were the only ones who were buying salad. Joke on us. The super nice lady who had to basically work all the areas did refill the greens when I asked since it was almost empty. Salad dressings were really odd tasting. We got ranch on one and blue cheese on the other and neither tasted like ranch or blue cheese some off taste so we didn’t finish in fear of food poisoning or something.
Cheese pizza– Hardly any sauce more of an essence of sauce or red tint. I didn’t try the crust but it looked like a little Caesar pizza. Also it took over 20 minutes for the pizza but there is NO WAY that it was fresh cooked.
All the other employees besides the two mentioned above were obviously hating working there. The ticket, coin, and custodial people were moving slower than my great grandmother and that is saying a lot. The manager and other mystery people hid in back only to pop out and quickly hide again.
There were lines at prize redemption and the food ordering areas and neither the manager or anyone else from the back came up to help the entire 2 hours we were there. The poor 1 lady who had to work all those areas by herself! I know since out table was right in front of those areas.

It’s nice. It’s small. BUT half the games were not working, the jackpots on the games were nothing over 10 tickets and the food took waaaay too long to come.
I hate to say it, but I actually prefer the Chuck E. Cheese near our house.
The kids had fun though. And I guess that’s all that matters.

For $ 60, I kept four kids entertained for 3 hours (about $ 5.00 per kid per hour) in a safe, clean and fun environment.
One of the things I love about Chuck E Cheese is how they stamp your hands so they know which kid goes with which adult. Because of this, I can safely find a table to sit and read my Kindle while the kids run around and scream and play. The places always clean, staff are friendly and when a machine is not working, there’s usually someone there to fix it and give the kids you some extra tokens or tickets for their trouble.
Pizza here (call me crazy) is one of my favorites (besides Papa Murphy). Kids love it too.
One problem I did have is there was a mix up with the order (they either gave me the wrong number or gave my pizza to the wrong table) and it took over an hour for the pizza to arrive. But I understand mix-​up can happen so it’s not a big deal. Staff was very apologetic and gave us a large pizza (we ordered a medium) for our wait.

We had a good birthday party here for our three year old… Of course it was on Tuesday at 5 pm, which I would recommend… The staff were all very nice, food hot and salad bar fresh. The party was on time, the manager came and checked on us and even gave us a replacement pizza after a guest from another party accidentally ate some of ours and replaced one of our toys after another customer stole our sons bat in a truck ride:(((Other than that…
…Our server was super great, and made it run smoothly… I think it’s Jocylyn? Thank you! Our kids had a great time.

Don’t get me wrong, I hate Chuck E Cheese as much as the next sanity loving adult, but this place is great. The kid can lay waste to Cheeseville (or whatever Mr. Cheese’s alien planet is actually called) safely and for as long as he likes. Or until he runs out of tokens and we’re forced to make a withdrawal from his college savings fund to get him some more.
It’s clean and all the games are in order, which is GREAT. Plus, the games look newer everytime we come.
Minus one star because the Buffalo wings suck. :)

Well, we came here for a 3 year olds birthday. Staff were friendly, but seemed to be going through the motions, although who can blame them?
The pizza was good, the games kept the kid entertained, and it was a good location. The downside is the feeling of needing to wash my hands consistently, and worried about all the sick kids running around… Why people… Why?
I will say Chuck E Cheese went down a few notches by taking away the animatronic characters and replacing them with TV’s… I remember being a kid and seeing the animatronic characters… Much better and the highlight of the place (now the kids just run around and play games, no one, not one, was watching or gave a crap about the TV’s)…
