Cornfest

I really wanted to like this place, I really did but. #fail
Maybe I’m spoiled. But this pales in comparison to gilroy.
It’s hot and there’s not really that many corny things around.
actually, came in and saw a lot of empty chairs. that shoulda been a sign right then and there. turns out that area was specified for some sort of corn shucking .
then, went around and tried to see whats there to do with corn. in my head, i was thinking corn on the cob, corn ice cream, corn-​y jokes. haha had to do it .
but seriously, there was 1 booth w corn in a cup. whoop flippity doo .
there was another w fire roasted corn that we ended up skipping out on .
ended up getting the rest of the carnival food people get. snow cones, garlic fries, lemonade. all what you’d expect for a fatkid in the making .
there was a cool hamster ball thing that went over water. that was pretty cool. ponies, a mini petting zoo. rides n carnival games .
overall, def not worth the drive. although entertaining, id rather look forward to the lines upon lines, inexplicable heat and the sweet-​smelling Team Edward hating breath of garlic than go back here. unless they get more booths.
