Custom Cleaners

Oh, where to begin… I brought in a pair of pants to be hemmed and have the waist taken in. I did not ask for the pants to be pressed as they are washable and already have a machined crease in them already. Simple enough, or so I thought. When I picked them up I tried them on there. I didn’t bring the shoes with me that I brought when she originally took the length measurement but I thought they seemed a bit short. I didn’t say anything about that since I couldn’t be 100% sure. The waist was fine but the pants had been pressed which left a parrellel crease next to and at times overlapping the machined crease. It looks like railroad tracks… unsat! I asked the woman behind the counter to fix it she said I’d have to come back the next day. I asked her if she had an iron and she said no. She gave me a $ 5 discount and the bill was still $ 23!!! I asked her to tell her coworkers to pay more attention to what they are doing and she told me that it happens sometimes. Seriously!!! So, I drive home and try the pants on with the original shoes and dear Lord, they are short! So short that I had to take the new hem out and use therm a web to do it myself since I need the pants for tomorrow.
I will NEVER go there again!

I’m so disappointed in this place! I decided to try this place out because my old dry cleaner closed. I wish I had Unilocaled it prior to bringing my things here. I picked up my items and immediately notice I was missing something. I let the women know I was missing a blouse and showed her my receipt which clearly says 4 items were droped off, she says to me that she made a mistake when entering items, which made me angry because I know what I dropped off, and I have proof on my receipt. Even after I gave her a clear description of my blouse she continued to argue with me saying she has nothing there and I only had 3 items. I made it clear to her that I will be back on Monday to pick up my blouse that I know is there! This place will never get my business again, don’t ever bring your dry cleaning here!
And they are way over priced!!!

I have a drycleaners that i normally go to however they were closed so I came here because it was close to home. Not only were they twice the cost of my normal drycleaners but when i went to pick up my items they couldnt find my blazer. I came back the next day and they had found it but needless to say I will not be back

I took my dry cleaning here because it’s close to my house. I blame myself for not checking into it before hand because this place is seriously over priced. They charged me $ 15 a dress which is pretty outrageous compared to what I have paid in the past. They also wanted to charge me $ 45 to send a suede dress out to be specially cleaned but I declined. I knew it would be more expensive in this area but that’s a bit much. So after feeling like I had been seriously ripped off, I get my items home and one of my dresses had 3 stains on it. I have no idea if I stained the dress and they didn’t get it out or if they stained it. The lady didn’t even say anything to me about the stains so I wonder if they even put any detail into the cleaning or if they caused the damage? I have no clue but for $ 60 for 4 dresses I expect each of them to look immaculate. I will NEVER be going back here. Overpriced, dissatisfying results.
