Bill is a consummate pro and a pleasure to chat with. He warmly invited me in 10 minutes before closing and stayed late to cut my hair, missing the beginning of the Warriors game. Thanks Bill, I’ll definitely be back and will recommend you for sure.

This was our first visit to Delta Barber Shop and my son had Shelia. They were super friendly and got to us quickly. My son loved his cut and appreciated how «hairless» he felt after the cut… Meaning he didn’t have leftover hair all over him as usual. Very affordable and centrally located downtown. We will certainly be returning!

Came here after moving and going to the same person for four years. What a great place and Sheila did an amazing job! Will be coming back!

Took N for a hipster fade today. What a cute little barber shop. Shelia cut his hair and made him feel very special. He’s already planning his next cut with her in a few weeks… 10 year olds! Lol.

Very professional, Clean shop, does good work. I stopped by because my barber was overbooked, and i’m happy that I did. Bill really makes you feel at home when you are in his care.

No one else has cut my sons hair in the past 2 years since I started taking him here when he was 2. Barber Bill (as my son calls him) does the BEST job! I love the mom and pop old school feel of the place — my son sits on a wooden plank that sits across the handles of the barber chair as he gets his hair cut, and him and Bill make conversation. At the end of the deal my son gets a lollipop from the big glass jar next to the really cool old register. We LOVE Barber Bill and have waited over an hour on occasion because there’s only 2 chairs, one Barber Bill and he is SO worth the wait!

Been coming back to Bill for over a year now. He gets it right every time.
Friendly conversation and relaxed atmosphere, Bill is very accommodating to your needs and is as much as a perfectionist as you want him to be.

Bill is the beat barber I have found in the Brentwood /​Oakley area. Walk-​in only which I like and a reasonable price. He really takes the time to get your cut right. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Bill is a super nice guy and his wife seems to be really good at haircuts as well. I love the family atmosphere here and I now know that I can bring my kids to a safe barbershop. He had a wonderful perspective on life. The facility was very clean and professional. I love the small mom and pop feel and they do a great haircut!

I just recently moved to the area less than 5 days ago and in desperate need of a haircut! I looked up this place and it had good raves and decided to check it out. I was left really happy with the haircut, great conversation between the customers, just a great environment. I will be coming back!

We took our son here today for his first hair cut. Bill was AMAZING with him! He did a great job of keeping him calm and involved in the hair cut process. He turned it into a really great experience for all of us and our son got a great hair cut! We will absolutely be back!

This was the 2^nd shop in Brentwood that I chose. So glad I did. Bill knows exactly what he’s doing. He was able to fix the bad haircut the last barber did and I have gone back ever since. I walk out of his shop satisfied 1000%. Very nice guy. Definitely recommend Delta Barber Shop. You will NOT be disappointed.

There are good barbers & then there are great barbers.
Bill exceeds those great barbers.
I haven’t been impressed with a haircut this much in awhile.
I decided to try this place on a whim, after going to Jose’s a few times and passing Delta Barber shop.
I ended up walking in around 4:30pm and there were 2 or 3 people ahead of me, but I didn’t mind, so I took a seat and waited.
As I sat there I got to listen in on Bills conversations with his customers, it seems that hes had many life long customers.
All the people in front of me left looking good and very satisfied.
But I still had my doubts as usually only asain people know how to cut asain hair lol
We’ll Bill proved me wrong, in the span of about 30 minutes, he gave me the perfect haircut that I asked for. He listened to all my requests carefull and took his time to make sure and get it right. We talked about future plans for my hair and needless to say, I will forsure be coming back to get my haircut here.

My haircut is a 0-​fade, with light trim on top in case anyone was wondering. Fade was good.
A haircut says alot about a person, don’t waste your money elsewhere. =]

My family and I just moved here from the East Bay (Newark area) at the end of June. A few weeks after our move and my boys were in dire need of haircuts. At the recommendation of neighbors we tried our local Great Clips only to feel like the haircuts produced were NOT so great So once they were nice and grown out I turned to Unilocal and found Bill! Fingers crossed we headed down.
Right away I was at ease, Bill was SUPER sweet and easy to talk to. Definitely made us feel welcome. My kids loved him (ages 6 and 13) and their haircuts came out GREAT! We won’t be going anywhere else as long as we live here, and seeing as how we just bought our first home here that’s going to be a while!

Found myself in Brentwood in desperate need of a haircut. Decided to rely on my fellow Unilocaler’s for advice. A quick search and found Delta Barber Shop.
I enjoyed the conversation, the haircut, and the welcoming atmosphere at Delta.

My daughter took my grandson here after walking into the joint next door at Jose’s and was rudely treated not even acknowledged not even looked at and handed a card (that was at Jose’s)
SO she walked next door to Delta and the story only gets better from here… she walked in was greeted and told Levi was next. He fidgets as he doesn’t really like getting his hair cut but Bill was patient with him. My grandson who is 2 has a shunt and Bill knew exactly what that was and went about cutting his hair. After he was finished my daughter went to pay him and he would not accept a dime from her! She tried to pay him over and over and he would not let her pay. I just want you to know Mr. Bill that you didn’t know what had just occurred a couple doors down and how grateful you made her feel. You are now Levi’s barber and I wanted to say Thank you!
