Diamond Mine Mini Storage

Had made arrangements to rent a unit yhrough the uhaul website when reserving a truck. Received a phone call a day later saying a unit would be available. After driving 350 miles and making a phone call to confirm the unit is ready, it wasn’t. No apologies. Didn’t have my name on their to do list but did eventually find my reservation. Too late. I cancelled and found a different facility.

We have been renting at Diamond Mine for 14 years. Have had very little interaction with the manager. Until today. Needed a great deal of help. Asked at the office and Herb came right over and spent at least 30 minutes with me. Great support and service. Thanks, Herb. Much appreciated.

This place is great it’s safe. Its affordable and there trustworthy. It pretty unlikely that your stuff would ever get stolen, outta of this facility. I give em a 10

I have had my possessions in more than six storage facilities during the past ten years. Diamond Mine storage far exceeded my expectations in service, cleanliness, and affordability and is the best I have ever found. The managers are nothing short of wonderful in their helpfulness with the various issues that can arise with moving and storing half of your life’s «collectibles». After reading Becky’s review, I realize that this personal attention is not unusual for them. It gets hot out there and the manager assisted me for a good hour or so when I was about to faint. He is also an excellent stacker and fulfilled the knight in shining armor role when it looked like my things would not fit in the space I rented. By some magic, he not only found room for everything but made sure that it was properly stored with mattresses flat, furniture covered, etc. I actually have extra room now.
I do not know what possessed the writers of the negative reviews to comment. They must be talking about some other place or were rude themselves. You cannot please everybody but they certainly try at Diamond Mine Storage.

My husband and I were moving ourselves. We were lucky enough to find Diamond Mine Mini Storage. The managers are the best! We were moving on the hottest day of the year, and the manger came out and rescued us, sent us to the office to cool off, and he unloaded our u-​haul by himself, and stacked things into the storage unit much better than we could have ever done! The managers are the best and I am amazed how clean this facility is! This is the best storage unit we have ever found and the managers are what make this place what it is!
