Best experience ever. The staff is helpful, kind and caring. They follow up with you too. They even rushed a consult because my son had to be at work. He had four wisdom teeth pulled. Although they were running behind, they make up for it in service and caring. They even gave him a cream for where they were going to put the IV so it didn’t hurt, put him under and numbed him. They were thorough with instructions too. The receptionist even got his mind off his fear by talking to him about movies. No better place.

I highly recommend going here if you’re in need of getting your wisdom teeth extracted. the staff here is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I’ve had no complications from my surgery, in fact I was feeling better just 3 days after my extraction. the surgeon is very professional and so are the nurses. they made me feel like we were friends and not just patient-​nurse if that makes any sense! anyway, highly recommend this doctor for wisdom teeth extraction, you will be very happy :)

This office gave my mom and I the best customer service from the minute I picked up the phone to make her an appointment. Tina answered and listened to me vent about my mothers insurance and how they were making it difficult getting my moms tooth extracted & how the dentists offices were booked up for weeks ect… she knew my mom was in horrible pain and was able to squeeze my mom in Wednesday (I called Monday) my mom was so happy that they were going to see her. They accept care credit which makes it easier for the uninsured and for people who need more money for their bill. I took my mom in and they were helpful with paperwork and answered any questions we may have had. The dr came in and was very friendly and made my mom feel comfortable & at ease. My mom is in a wheelchair And they didn’t make my mom move around from chair to chair either. She was able to remain in the same seat from the x-​Ray to the procedure. This is a good office, friendly and they make you feel comfortable, I know we all get the creeps when we go to see the dentist or a dr so why not go somewhere where the staff make you feel at ease?

My teenager needed her wisdom teeth removed and we were refered to Dr Derigopian. While sitting waiting to be seen another teenager was there because she had her wisdom teeth removed and had a horrible infection I was reassured by the staff it was very rare that the other. girl got an infection. As we waiting for the Consutaltion 3 hours had past. Eventually they saw my daughter and the surgery was set Unfortunately a few days after seeing Dr. Derigopian my daughter developed a severe infection in her gums! I don’t believe in Coincidence I knew she got the infection from his office she never had any problems before seeing him. I made their office aware and cancelled the surgery. They then had the nerve to send me a Bill For $ 800.00 for not going through with the surgery. I urge anyone who is thinking of going to Derigopian to reconsider I left out the Dr. In his name for a reason, that is a title That is earned. Be Aware of him there are to many great Doctors that deserve your business because they care.

My 2 boys went to Dikran Deragopian to have their wisdom teeth removed. My oldest son went to the scheduled appointment and was amazed the Dikran kept him waiting for 20 minutes while he played a game of Bejeweled… unbelievable! At least play your game out of the view of your patients.
The more offensive issue had to do with how he runs his business. When we originally went to have the consultation, we provided our insurance information. The office manager quoted us the price for having both of the kids wisdom teeth removed. We paid everything in advance based on the quote. The Manager didn’t do her job effectively when reviewing our insurance. Generally, a review is done of your insurance to accurately quote the work. Low and behold, we receive an additional bill of $ 70 dollars 45 days after the work was done. As it turns out, the dentist already did the X-​ray and the insurance company will only pay for one per year. Had Deragopians’s Office Manager done her job, she would have asked the dentist for the X-​rays recognizing that the information was needed for the surgery. But instead, we paid an extra portion after we already paid $ 700 up front for the work.
I called the office and spoke to the Manager and asked why they didn’t review the insurance and contact the dentist for the X-​ray. She said, usually we do, but we didn’t this time. Oh… that makes sense… sure. It was a screw you Mr. Customer fee. She indicated that generally, if the dentist forgets to forward the X-​rays, they will take them for free. I said, so you do it for free, if they forget to send it… well…don’t it make sense that they forgot to send it? but you’re charging me?
Stay away from this business! Very unprofessional!

Very painful. Poor technique, I will never go here again!

I saw Dr. Deragopian for a bony growth on my gumline. It was piercing the gum with shards of sharp bone. Not only was he able to fit me in urgently, but he was gentle, very gracious and professional. He explained my treatment in detail and was empathetic. I highly recommend him for adults and children!

I have very dense jawbone x-​rays show bone as pure white and roots on my back teeth go very deep! Almost completely through. My dentist told me my back tooth that was split was going to be a difficult extraction and recommend Dr. Deragopian. I’ve had one other extraction that took almost an hour and was very unpleasant at a different doctor.
This extraction was flawless, I could tell it took great effort to remove but he was done in less than twenty minutes with minimal pain for my recovery. Don’t hesitate to use this Dr. He is awesome! He has since removed all four of my daughters wisdom teeth with similar results. Fast healing minimal damage. He is definitely our families new oral surgeon and i would not go to anyone else! I wish he was around 35 years ago when i had my wisdoms removed, that was a total nightmare!
