Domino’s Pizza

I placed an order online for two medium pepperoni pizzas. If you order two mediums two topping pizzas online and carryout, they’re $ 5.99 for each pizza right now.
The pizzas were made quickly and delicious especially the crispy pepperoni.
The employees were very nice when we picked up the pizzas which made it more pleasant.

I love the online ordering. But the last 2 orders, the chicken alfredo pasta is ½ empty? Why? I tried calling, only to be put on hold for a long time. I spent a lot of money but will be going elsewhere from now on. I finally talked to someone on the phone and he claims that they weigh the pasta and it can only be 2 ounces. Sorry, but this is ridiculous. ½ the pasta is not in there. I have ordered from other Dominoes and have never had this experience. They do not have mild wings at this location, only BBQ wings and my kids love the mild wings. So disappointing! I will not be ordered from this location ever again. Terrible customer service.

Not the same it used to be from back in the day. Customer service is good but the food just isn’t what it once was.

Customer service at this location is horrible! Due to a very bad experience I was offered a few free items. Every Time I called to order them the same girl would answer the phone (said her name was kelly but I think she lied about that) and I could tell she remembered who I was being that after I gave her my information her demeanor towards me would change.
She would then tell me they «were all out» of the things I wanted. Finally I call back and a man answered the phone. I could hear him telling her that it was me and he didn’t know what to do, to which she replied tell her there is a 15 dollar minimum for me to receive my «free» items. I asked the guy if there was a manager I could talk to and he said no, all the while I could hear «Kelly» in the background calling me obscene names. I was then told they were «very busy» right before being hung up on.
This place seriously needs to get a whole new crew. No wonder they only have 2 ½ stars. I actually feel sorry for that very bitter girl and everyone who has to come into contact with her. What a very sad life she must have.
And wow! My husband just called and ordered the exact items I was told they were «out of» to his office and had no problems. Just an experiment to confirm my suspicions of them lying to me.
And her name is actually Ashley!

Just WOW! How horrible can one business be? My wife ordered pizza while I was at work, it arrived. Absolutely horrible looking, she called and explained, they offered to send a new one, she said ok, then she tried the wings, horrible, she called and asked them just to come get all the food and the manager was a complete jack ass to her. Told her that they don’t do refunds and «oh well». When I called he was nothing short of rude as one could be. He cursed at me and told me, («all you are doing right is bitching, and I don’t have time, I am busy»!! WTF), wish I was in the area at this point, I’d stop in and say hello there was nothing he could do and that he was very busy, and put me on hold for 30 minutes, Please city of Brentwood go anywhere but here for your pizza desires I am begging you as a community until they do something about this personand franchise do not support them. Apollo is the name of the gentleman we spoke with, needless to say I’m calling corporate tomorrow and any other line of resource they have to handle this. Free pizza won’t work for this one so please, don’t even try.

Order pizza from here ALL the time lol I alwayz order online which is super fast and easy. Delivery is always fast and pizza always tasty. Love the $ 5.99 deal!

The online feature with coupon codes is the only positive here. There’s alot of coupon options too. The last two times I ordered from this location the delivery was actually pretty quick the times that I ordered. However each time the dough was raw in the middle?! Honestly if I wanted to turn my oven on I’d rather get pizza from papa murphys. So the last two deliveries I had to finish off in my oven. So annoying. Last delivery driver was a douche I guess I should add that as well! 1 star for the online coupons and 1 star for the cinnamon sticks

Ordered online — second time ordering online not a bad experience received everything in a timely matter… with the exception of soda. they had to return with our soda. otherwise very good service.

Dread full service. Ordered online and have ample time to cook but when I arrived they said the pizza wasn’t put in the oven line so took another 15 minutes.
However I was the only person in the shop on arrival and the two servers picked up call after call for about 10 minutes before even acknowledging my presence.

I love the online ordering option and coupons available for Domino’s… That’s about all. Long story short, we ordered some pizza online for game 3 of the World Series, tracked our order through the website and proceeded to wait over an hour for our pizza to travel 5 miles to my home. The driver «Jessica» said she got lost though she had our phone # and a gps system. A courtesy call would have definitely diffused the situation. After an hour of travel the pizza was cold and the experience in general was fairly disappointing. I guess the «30 mins or it’s free doesn’t always apply». Anywhoo, sticking to Mountain Mikes from now on, at least they’ll call and ask for directions.

We just started ordering from Dominoes again after 10 years of not eating it. It is way better than it use to be. We have ordered from this location each time with the latest time being last night and never had a problem. Pizzas are always ready on time and prepared correctly, we’ve never had an issue and will continue to use. My only suggestion would be smaller slices. When we get an extra large the slices are sliced so big that we have to slice the slices in half.

So disappointed in the lack of customer service from the man on the phone this evening. We live in Discovery Bay, and asked if they delivered out here. He said he had to check with the driver… Ummm… Ok… So the driver said yes, so he said yes. I mentioned the coupon I had from the mail… He said he didn’t have it… And then said realized he did. Then he told me to make sure to take care of my driver since it is so far out there. Ummmmm… You don’t tell people how to tip, it’s rude. Especially since I was informed that there was a $ 25 minimum since, again, we are so far. So now I feel guilty for living where I do, because it is such an inconvinece for the delivery boy. The next thing he told me was he had never heard of my street… Ok, that is odd. And then I was told he was going to call me right back to confirm my order… And 30 seconds later he did… Again, because I live so far out there.
Pizza was good. Delivery guy was good. But the man answering the phone should stay in the back, restocking.

Ordered Dominos cause I was hearing great things about their «new recipe.» Well if the new recipe calls for Burnt pizza with beyond skimpy toppings which is not even hot, then I guess Domino’s will not be in business much longer. My daughters love pizza and they did not even finish theirs which says a lot. What a disappointment and a waste of $ 30, I would not eat their pizza again even if it was free. Go elsewhere for a decent pizza.

The day after I posted my problems with Dominos, I got a message from their management. They quickly refunded my money and offered me two free pizzas. I appreciate their efforts, but sad that I had to go through such a lengthy process.

Very disappointed! Horrible service. Order my pizzas by phone. And when I got there, the guy told me just 5 more minutes (so they should be in the oven right?) Ended up having to wait another hour for my pizzas.

Love Domino’s, hate this location. We eat there frequently (the fam loves that pizza!) And each time it’s been a disaster. We always order online (we’ve had an account for about 8 years) and for some reason each time we order to this location they never «receive our order». The first time there was no explanation just a 30 minute wait. The second time they said our order was thought to be a prank (4 pizzas and wings?) so they didn’t make it. That was another 45 minute wait. And because they didn’t make our pizza, there was another 5 orders behind us that were delayed and cancelled because «a large order just came up» making me feel as if it was my fault! Definitely not. Nice enough guys but someone needs to step it up. Very disappointed. The cashier was the only reason they were given 2 stars, seemed very sorry for the inconvenience.

It’s been YEARS since I had a Domino’s pizza… and they were pretty lousy back then. But a friend picked one up for lunch on my birthday at work last month, and wow… unbelievable. It was their pan pizza, with bacon and pepperoni… and I can’t get over how good it tasted. The sauce was amazing… and the crust? Rich and buttery… and, as someone who loves to bake, I’m pretty picky about anything bread-​related.
If you’re looking for a fantastic pizza, for an amazingly good price, with ease of ordering (the online order and tracking is great!), then this is the place!
We’ve ordered for lunch from there twice since my birthday… at the END of March… this is killing my diet, dammit!
