The staff is shy a little because of the language barrier but they handled my order like a champ ^_^

Staff = very rude!
In short (since this is a typical Dunkin Donuts) the staff here did not acknowledge my presence, they literally dropped my coffee right in front of me — to the point of it splashing everywhere — without apology and just moved on to the next poor schmo to order.
I will not be returning. Two stars for cleanliness, and ONLY cleanliness.
