My facial at first seemed to be good. I had extractions and I’m sure that aesthetician infected me with bacteria! Almost 2 weeks later and I still have spots, like bums on my face! See the picture…
Update 3 months later. I went to a doctor and he said I’ve got dermatitis. Even though I’m using a prescribed lotion, the marks aren’t completely gone!

I bought a groupon for a microdermabrasion and a peel (Sensei peel). The experience was actually really great. And my skin was glowing and smooth afterwards. Rachel was really sweet and the treatment was very relaxing. I was so happy with the results too. And I learned a lot about skincare and daily regimen options. Before this, I basically did nothing for my skin and now, I hope to take really good care of it and always have vibrant, glowing skin. I will definitely return to EW. Everything was great!

Great results. first came with Groupon. I signed up for monthly visits and so glad I did! Every month is something new, which I enjoy — and my face is really appearing more healthy. There is no pressure to buy any products — but have gotten a few and also seen great results.

Everyone working was so nice and I am going back to get a monthly membership! I drove 30 minutes to the office and would drive twice that to go back again.

My skin looks amazing. Very reasonably priced services. They use cutting edge skin care products and services. Love the new office space so welcoming and calming. I feel very pampered everytime I go. Had the most amazing facial with Veronica. She took her time doing all the extractions and after making me feel very pampered. Walked out w the new Obagi line of vit C cream that is so silky! The spa is very clean, private, and so classy!!! I was beyond impressed and will return for other spa services :)

I came here initially because I had purchased a Groupon for microdermabrasion, oxygen treatment, and chemical peel. When I arrived, Veronica examined my face and suggested that since I’d not had any of those treatments before, it would really be too much for my face to handle. She suggested a sensi peel, so that’s what we did. I was annoyed with the peeling, but once it stopped my face looked amazing. I’d never seen it glow like that before. I purchased several products that day, one being the B5 gel, which has worked really well. I have super dry skin typically, but this stuff has really worked.
As I left from that treatment, Veronica mentioned their monthly membership which would include a facial, brow waxing, discounts on products and services, free birthday facial, etc. I considered it and then decided to go ahead with it. I’ve been very pleased! Just had my second peel and my skin looks amazing. I also started using the Supreme serum and am sampling some wrinkle treatment. I’ve been happy with all of it, and I was actually able to tolerate much more with the second peel than the first, assuming from the improvement of my skin.
While getting your monthly treatment, Veronica removes your makeup, cleanses your face, and then will apply scrubs or other treatments based on what you want. She will advise you if you ask. She does extractions if needed. She also gives a neck/​shoulder massage, and sometimes will do a hand treatment (if you’re getting a service on your neck which means she can’t massage your neck/​shoulder area). She then applies serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen.
I can say that my skin looks better than it ever has. I also appreciate that I can book services online — and I have never had a problem finding an open timeslot. I will keep coming back and enjoying my monthly facial pampering!
NOTE: if you want to give gratuity, the procedure can be slightly awkward. There isn’t a receptionist so you pay for your services on an iPad with Veronica in my case. If you don’t tell her up front that you want to leave gratuity, and tell her the amount, there’s no way to do it after she’s run your card (at least that I could see). Bring cash if you’d rather not discuss it or if that’s awkward. I usually ask what the treatment would cost (since I have the monthly plan), and give her a percentage based on that.

Horrible customer service. Cindy does not know how to run a business. She is rude and is confused at how to be an owner. You book online and then they call to reschedule your appointment, she is always rushed, and doesnt understand the basics of book keeping. The front desk staff is not the friendliest around either, you almost feel like you are bothering them when you come in. I will say Robin is great at what she does. Cindy’s product and procedural knowledge is unsurpassed. She has removed calcium deposits and broken capillaries, introduced me to the best skin care line I have ever used and has my skin looking better than it ever has. When I leave her office my skin is glowing! I recently moved from Los Angeles and, having visited countless professionals there, I can assuredly say Cindy is not only the most thorough, professional and nicest aesthetician I have ever had but, hands down, provides the best results.
