Horrible expereince with front desk. Shannon im sure is not the face of the effort and care the Dr. puts in. How do you turn away a potential new customer and patient that NEEDS medication for being a few moments late when it is pouring outside? When another patients parents hears the issue and offers up her appointment in sympathy, (thank you so much), you can understand it probably was not a good situation. Shame on this front desk person what a horrible first impression. Waiting on Dr. Goldman to call me back now.

Dr. Goldman is exactly what you want in a pediatrician. She is compassionate, loves children, and most importantly; she is a very thorough physician. When my daughter was about a year old, she got a urinary tract infection. Dr. Goldman had to insert a catheter; which was traumatic for every person in the room. Dr. Goldman was professional throughout the procedure, but it was clear that she was troubled by having to cause my daughter discomfort or pain. She is a very caring person — and it shows in her relationships with her patients. The staff is friendly and supportive, as well. Dr. Goldman cared for both of our kids until we switched to Kaiser earlier last year. It’s been 6 months and my daughter still plays «Dr. Goldman» around the house. Our transition to Kaiser has been amazing, and we prefer almost everything about it over our United Healthcare EPO plan. The gaping hole in our new experience, however, is not being able to keep Dr. Goldman as our pediatrician.
