Don’t do anything with Gymboree. Once you’re on their email list you’ll never get off. I even called corporate in SF and I’m still getting them.

I love Gymboree clothes, very good quality. However today I had another negative experience at the Brentwood site. I had stopped shopping at this siste and although it is only 10 min away from where I live I rather drive 30 min to the Walnut Creek site due to their great customer service. Today I decided to give Brentwood another chance. Well I should have just driven to Walnut Creek. The manager was less then helpful and rude. When I brought it to her attention; instead of apologizing she became defensive and continue with her poor attitude. Very disappointed.

Thoughtful, mature staff is refreshing over the kiddies left to run many other locations. A petite store carrying the better parts of the seasonal lines. Much more organized, friendly, product knowledgeable and informative than the Southern Marin county locations. And without the ransacked look of the other stores. Yes, a newer store, but nice that they’re dialed in right away.
