i-Net Computer Repair

I had, what I thought, was the simple task of having my computer’s CPU fan replaced. I went out and purchased the new fan after making sure it was compatible and was just looking to have him within 24 – 48 hours switch out the units. I even expressed that money wasn’t my concern, just time.
While perfectly nice over the phone, when I had my girlfriend take in my computer tower to them, they inspected but neither booked me for a date, or returned my call to set an appointment. I guess they didn’t want my business. Additionally, when I got my unit back after their inspection, they accidentally (I presume) unseated the RAM installed in my motherboard. My computer didn’t boot and thankfully, that was an easy fix.
I eventually just went elsewhere and had my simple problem resolved.

Jim is great! He fixed my MacBook Air — sadly, it was only a couple of weeks outside the warranty :-(It took longer than expected, however Jim was great at keeping in touch, and looking for the less expensive options before jumping to hardware replacement. Thanks so much Jim!

This was my first time visiting this business. I took my Grand-​daughters laptop in because it was overheating. I dropped it off at almost 5 pm. At 7:30pm the same day, he calls me to tell me it’s all fixed. Amazing that he worked late to get it fixed. He could have told me it needed a new fan, and charged me $ 200 for repairs. Instead, he blew out all the dirt and the fan started working, so it was only a $ 50 charge. What a great and honest guy! I will go back anytime I need help with my computers.

I recently had some issues with my alienware gaming desktop that appearently had a virus of some sort along with NIC card and video card issues. Contacted I– Net and spoke to Jim. He did a great job and had my gaming computer up and running in one day at a reasonable price. Nice to find a local place thats willing to do a good job and not take your entire wallet for the service.

Fast, efficient and courteous service. Highly recommended. So glad to have found this master technician.

I have to agree with the other reviews. Jim just fixed my wife’s laptop where the screen had gone dark. He didn’t just take the easy and most expensive way out which would have been a screen replacement. He first replaced the inverter and then the back light. It was more labor intensive but I still feel he charges are reasonable and is very competent. He searches the internet for the best part prices and seems to have a good supply of parts on hand. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Thank you Unilocal for showing this company as Jim is awesome and went over and beyond to fix my lap top that the ATT support team ruined. He also picked it up and brought it back to me. He was awesome and the price was very reasonable and he really knows what he is doing.
