Jade is able to do amazing work with the cut and color of my hair. She is also a great person. Call several weeks in advance because she is very busy.

This was my first time getting my hair done by Jade and I don’t think I’ll be going to anyone else for my hair EVER AGAIN — She’s seriously that good. She’s so passionate about what she does & it totally shows in her work! Which is why you need you book your appt with her 4 – 6 weeks in advance.
Not only is she a great colorist/​stylist but her personality is AWESOME SAUCE. She’s so warm, goofy, & sweet!
Before we started, we had a consultation about my hair/​hair history and I showed her the color I was going for. She was very knowledgable and let me know up front the integrity of my hair was her #1 concern (love that). Going from dark to light is definitely a process and she made sure I understood that.
Then, she worked her magic on my dry, unblended ombré that I had done back in December at another salon.
I had so much fun sitting in the chair while Jade worked her magic on my hair — stylists from adjacent suites would come by and hang out with us and chat. Everyone there is just so friendly I love it!
But anyway — Jade pretty much shits on any other colorist I’ve been to (excuse my language) but she’s literally THE BOMB​.COM.

Decided to make an appt with Jade after reading reviews. I have thin, curly hair that the doesn’t grow fast. I’d had it died before but it’d been awhile and was nervous about getting my hair fried. No regrets! She’s awesome, a professional but with a nice personality. She has one chair so you get undivided attention. I think her prices are reasonable. TIP: You have to make an appt and she’s booked 6 to 8 weeks out. So plan accordingly.

I have been going to jade for a couple years and love her. Her work is amazing and she is a doll. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. I have referred all my friends and they have also been extremely happy.

Jade is absolutely amazing! She has done my hair for 11 years now! I never leave the same we tend to have A LOT if fun with my hair! She has become more a friend than just a stylist! She is one of the most fun and easy going people I know! Love her!!!

Thank you Jade! I have been getting my hair done in an A-​line for years. This last year I had been trying to grow it out and finally decided to give up. Jade did the best a-​line I have ever had, from Fresno to San Francisco hands down. I will definitely be going back!

I scheduled an appointment with Jade after seeing her work on FB and through my bestie and a couple co-​workers.
A little history about my hair «sitch» — I have long, naturally curly hair – which some people either don’t know what the hell to do with or try to convince me with a bunch of BS that they DO know. I didn’t color it regularly because I liked my natural color. I’ve always let my hair grow super long and would only cut it when it was starting to get a bit unmanageable. Then I had my son and the grays started coming along. I would always go to Super Cuts or Great Clips when I needed a cut — whatevs — in & out! Then, a couple months ago, I got a gift cert for a salon in Petaulama. This guy jacked my hair up! (But that’s a whole different review – Structure Salon BTW). So, I needed a fix and thought I’d give Jade a try.
Anyway, I came into the shop and Jade greeted me right away (When she worked at Teazz). I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was completely open to whatever she recommended, because I really like her work. She suggested high-​lights and low-​lights in warm, caramel tones. I asked if she thought red-​ish would be good and she told me straight up that she didn’t think it would look good with my skin. I really liked that because she is the professional and I don’t know anything about doing hair!
My appointment was about 3 hours for a cut & color (I have a lot of hair). I felt tended to and very welcome by her… and most importantly… I LOVE MY HAIR! I really like what she did with it. It feels healthy and it looks healthy. I will definitely be re-​booking with her, especially now that I’m at that point in my life where I’ll need to touch-​up the color regularly to keep those grays away!
I would definitely recommend Jade to anyone!

Jade Pozo is seriously the best stylist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve tried many. i can sit in her chair and be transformed by HER vision and i always leave with a better result than i had imagined myself. she truly cares about her clients and doesn’t settle for anything less than perfection. Aside from her fantastic personality, her skill speaks for itself!!! the color and the cut is amazing.
