Labyrinth of St Joseph’s Convent

Meditation Labyrinth Review 3 of 3.
Follow the tree-​lined road through the main gates of the St. Joseph’s Convent (just north of Candlewood Road) about ½ mile into their «212 landscaped and wooded acres» to find this Classical seven-​ring labyrinth outlined by white rock and shrubbery. Surrounding it are seven pear trees, planted in memorial to various families and individuals. It is barely visible on Google Earth, but if you look it is there. Aside from this attraction, the convent grounds here are vast and well maintained, with nice statuary and architectural features. Their website invites visitors, though on-​site signs are posted prohibiting trespassing.. . just look like you belong, and you shouldn’t have a problem. I’ve never waked this labyrinth, but here it is, for those interested. On looks and vibe alone, I give it a healthy four stars, pilgrims.
