Lisa has been my personal trainer for about 5 years now. I am not the type of person who likes to work out with weights, or do the other sorts of exercises that my body really needs, but Lisa makes it fun. And it works! I have lost 20 pounds, and I can do a «real» push-up for the first time in my life! I don’t know how she does it, but she has a customized workout planned out for every session, and is always adding what I call new forms of torture, so it doesn’t get boring. Lisa has seemingly endless energy, and is a constant source of encouragement. She trains everyone from athletes(she’s also a high school track coach) to middle-age folks trying to stay in shape(me) to people in their 80’s. Lisa is a trainer at Anytime Fitness on Brentwood Blvd. But even if you’re not a member there, you can contact her and she will work with you to incorporate the cost of a membership at Anytime Fitness into your personal training fees. She is certified with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America(AFAA) and also with the California Interscholastic Federation(CIF). She is knowledgeable about nutrition, and can help with your weight-loss goals.
