I just had an extremely negative interaction with Mark. I asked him to do a walk though of a house he had already inspected. I was paying him for the walk through. When I arrived on time it looked like he had already been through the crawl space of the house, rather than waiting for me. He got extremely upset and angry because he thought I had asked him the same question 3 times about a leak; when in fact I wasn’t even talking to him and was trying to ask the seller how they had fixed a leak in the laundry room, because until then all they had mentioned was that they had fixed a leak in the shower room, not the laundry room. I wasn’t asking if there was still a leak in the laundry room, but how it had been addressed. Mark got very angry and said we needed to go outside the house and once outside the house proceeded to yell at me and shake his fist in my face — it was very unnerving and extremely unprofessional. He then angrily proceeded to tell me his wife had just passed away and that he had a lot going on right now and that I had upset him by asking(what he thought) was the same question three times. I told him I was really sorry to hear of his loss. He remained angry and upset and clearly was in no state to be working. He then asked if I wanted to continue the inspection and I was unsure /still in shock at his completely scary and unprofessional behavior. He spoke to my agent and both agreed he would leave and I would have to pay for another full inspection from someone else. I’m upset at being yelled at by someone I was paying to do a job, as well as losing a day’s pay, after taking the day off work. I’m really sorry Mark lost his wife and hope he finds a way to feel better. I honestly think he needs to be with family and friends and not working at this time; especially if he is going to not listen to his clients and get angry because he thinks they are asking the same question 3 times; which even if someone did(which I didn’t) doesn’t give him the right to treat them like he did.

Having Mark complete our home inspection for a home we were purchasing was a great experience. He was very professional, friendly, thorough and very very detailed. He took the time to explain what he had seen. Mark is very knowledgable, shows great passion and pride in his work. He took his time and answered any questions we had. His price is very reasonable and was worth it. I highly recommend Mark! He is A+++++++++! Thank you so much Mark! His work is way above 5 stars!

I just want to say that this was a great experience. I was in my home buying process which is already a stressful event but Mark really helped me make a good investment buying my home. Even though this is a old house Mark helped me see that I was buying a good house overall even with the items needing attention it would be a very good house. He’s level of service is way over five stars he is always willing to answer my questions and make referrals of other professionals to help me with my home repairs. I can honestly say this guy really has your back if you need an inspection on your purchase give him s call.
