Worst hair service I’ve ever received. My hair color only lasted three days. My hair was still wet when I left the hair salon. My package was suppose to include a haircut, color, and style. I did not receive the haircut nor the hair style. I had a horrible experience. I been trying to contact the manager for two weeks. I havent got a response.

An amazing experience! I had a facial by Kendall and it was great! Do yourself a favor and book yourself one with her! You won’t regret it! So relaxing, professional, and my skin looks and feels better than we I came in!

I purchased a Groupon for a massage. First, it is extremely difficult to actually try to book an appt. I called well over ten times over the period of about two weeks before someone actually answered the phone. Second, I tried scheduling a 1 hour massage for Saturday since my only time off is the weekend (unfortunately they’re closed Sundays), the soonest available opening they have for a one hour massage appt is JUNE 23RD!!! WTF!!! THAT’S ALMOST TWO MONTHS AWAY! Since it took me almost the same amount of time to actually book the appt. by June 23 my Groupon is expired. Will definitely not recommend nor ever consider this place again!

Friendly staff who struck the right balance on selling the Merle Norman products — informative but not too pushy.
The facial was so-​so. Admittedly, I was late, so I knew that the services provided would be a little rushed. The aesthetician knew that I wanted to focus on extractions, though, and at the end she said she’d cleared out my pores. In my mirror at home afterwards, I found that her handiwork was subpar, at best.

I used a Groupon for a brazilian wax here. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It took AN HOUR AND A HALF, the room was basically a glorified closet– paint peeling, dirty towels, etc., it was ridiculously hot, the girl kept asking me where I usually went and how much they charged, she was terrible at pulling the wax off but blamed the fact that I was «so sweaty” — a statement she made at least three times, she managed to actually tear my skin off yet leave wax all over me! It was terrible. I was traumatized when I left, but called the manager a few days later and told her the «aesthetician» should not be licensed, much less practicing. It has been awhile, but I hope she is no longer there. She had not been there very long and from what I understand was not the usual waxing guru. That’s an understatement. And unless the «spa» has been drastically remodeled, do not expect a spa atmosphere.

thank you half off depot for introducing me to a new facial place!!! one of the best facials i’ve had in a long time. i’ve had worse facials for more money and this is absolutely the best facial for your money. the groupon listed the facial worth 75 $, i don’t know if that’s what they charge for it or not, but normally 75 $ is considered ‘cheap’ or ‘on spcial’ for a facial, but this place rocks — you get your hands in parrafin wax while your facial is done and as the previous poster commented, tiffany is awesome!!! i believe i dozed off several times while she massaged my hands/​face. easy to find location and nice facilities. i will be back!!!

Thank you Groupon for introducing me to my new favorite aesthetician, Tiffany. Otherwise known as my new favorite waxing GOD. Sometimes getting waxed can be a bit of an awkward experience for the receiver AND the giver. Well, Tiffany was nothing but professional and ranks up there with some of the better waxes I’ve had. She was very clean, thorough and super helpful and friendly.
As far as the Merle Norman products go, they seem to have a great skin care line and have a great selection of makeup throughout the salon.
