Jennifer is AMAZING!!! After months of going to other «main» waxing companies that offer hard wax, I finally found a place that fits my skin needs. Here’s why… SUGAR! First off, it is WAY less painful. You do get a little sting but it isn’t as strong as normal wax. Second, it is so much better on my skin, because traditional hard wax would cause irritation, itching„ red spots, and bumps that left me embarrassed for a week after. Not how you want to feel after droppimg $ 60 to have your hair ripped out by the roots so you can feel more confident! I literally left Jennifer’s office maybe 15 minutes ago and the redness is already completely gone and my face is silky smooth. If you are having issues everytime you wax, please for your own sake give Jennifer a try! She is also very nice and fair with her prices!!!

I absolutely love Jennifer! I have been going to Jennifer for over 2 years. I had followed Jennifer to her new location in Antioch. I am a very loyal customer. I do not trust anyone other than Jennifer to wax my brows and sugar my upper lip.
The sugaring that Jennifer uses at her new location does not stick to your skin (like the other one at her old location) and it feels very light. I usually get bumps and my skin gets irritated after my lip wax (which can last over a hour or two), however; the sugar that Jennifer uses at her new location, my skin was only irritated 15 minutes and that’s it. The sugar that jennifer uses at her new location made my upper lip sugaring painless. The other sugar she used at the other location would pull my skin and you can feel the thickness of the sugar.
Jennifer is very personable and you can feel that you are not just a «client» to her. Every time I see Jennifer, I feel that she treats me as a friend. She conversates with me and genuinely cares about you.
Jennifer’s new location can be confusing (if you are not familiar to the area like myself). If you are coming from the freeway (Concord area), when you exit, you need to make a u-​turn. Jennifer’s location is in the same shopping center as Kohls. The name outside of the salon is Suvia Salon (I believe). When you walk into the salon (it’s pretty unique), you will see a directory (like you are in a waiting area). It’s basically little suites that people rent out. I just walked into Jennifer’s location.
If you are looking for someone professional, someone who will take their time and someone who will not mess up your brows, I highly recommend Jennifer.

Jennifer is simply amazing at what she does! she makes your eyebrows perfect and her sugaring technique is painless and quick– she makes your legs smooth, a perfect alternate to waxing. wouldnt go anywhere else! so happy i met her! did mention she is seriously the nicest person ever?

I’d been contemplating getting waxed for a while… Heard mixed things about it so I was scared. A girlfriend of mine told me about a girl she used to get waxed by in walnut creek who moved to this salon that she really liked. Fortunately I live in Brentwood so the location was perfect for me. I was a bit nervous because it was my first Brazilian ever but I decided to just bite the bullet and give it a shot. Jennifer, was the one who helped me. Obviously getting waxed is not the most pleasant experience but she made it as comfortable as it could possibly be. I’m kind of a baby when it comes to pain but she talked me through it and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. She was very professional. I will definitely be coming back to try out a Brazilian sugaring. It’s suppose to be less painful and it’s all organic!

Jen was awesome! I went in for a Brazilian sugaring and was really pleased with the results. Jen takes the time to make sure every hair is gone and I could tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. Her place is super clean and has plenty of parking. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Jen is very friendly and professional. Great place to be. First time there she meet me upfront waiting patiently and ask how everything was and if I had any questions.

This is the place to be! Jen is a wonderful esthetician! I came to her to be sugared! When I walked into the waiting room she was already there waiting to welcome me to her studio. She was very nice and talked me through the whole process. My whole experience was painless! She is a perfectionist and it truly shows!:) I will be back!
