Stopped by this location on a five dollar Friday and was treated very rudely. The 2 female staff were irritated because they thought they were not making enough tips. They angrily discussed the issue in front of me. They should be paid enough that they don’t feel like they live on tips since they are not servers. How are they different than McDonald’s employees who hand you your meal or scoop up the fries. People feel like tipping when clerks are friendly, helpful, and pleasant. I often stop at a SK on West End where the atmosphere is quite different and will gladly leave a small tip.

I called in an order for my favorite smoothie, pomegranate punch — I was in a big hurry to get to work across the street which is why I phoned in my smoothie. However, I’m also pregnant and needed to eat as I’d skipped breakfast that morning. When I got there, I was told that the smoothie I ordered was no longer available. I was pissed for a minute because I was in a hurry, but the manager (presumably) immediately offered me a smoothie on the house AND helped me find a replacement for my long time favorite so I could get to work in time. Great job meeting the needs of your customer and thank you!

As a Dad I’m always looking for healthy options that the kids enjoy. The kids love this place and the five stars come from my son. My brain freeze won’t go away because the nutty super grain smoothie is delish. Try the mango kale smoothie. Kids love the blueberry banana.

Smoothie pretty good.
In short, it felt like I walked into some 19 yr old’s dirty dorm room and they made me a smoothie in their sink that tasted alright.

Got a Smoothie here called Peanut Power Plus. As the name suggests it contains peanut butter. Except the one I got from this location didn’t.
How do you forget to put peanut butter in a drink called Peanut Power Plus? That’s like forgetting to put a banana in a banana split.

Started going to this SK location and wish every SK was like this one. Very quick and they know their smoothies. Very helpful when wanting to try something new. Employees are very fun and have started remembering my order. I’s say it’s the Cheers of SK’s. :)

Another pretty standard Smoothie King chain, this one is conveniently located next to a bagel shop in the strip mall or across a parking lot from Chick-fil-a, in case you aren’t the type to eat the weird snacks (ostrich jerky?!) they keep around the SK.
The smoothies are pretty good and CAN be nutritious if you know what you are ordering, but range from ‘mmmm, delicious’ to ‘cup full of ice and mineral flavored chalk’ depending on who is blending it up for you.
My biggest beef if the recent $ 1 price in crease across the board. Over $ 5 for a 20 ounces drink? Lame, I am getting good at making my own ‘green monster’ smoothies at home; healthier too!
Service is pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary…
