When I got my phone upgraded there the lady asked whether I want to purchase protection plan and I said no. But the monthly bill came with $ 13TEP Plus charge anyway. She is also technically inexperienced but I don’t want to waste my time to elaborate.

The customer service here was great! I was greeted at the door with a smile and warm hello. I went in to get help with my phone. The guy knew exactly what i was talking about and knew exactly what needed to be done. I will be back for all my sprint service needs.

AWESOMESERVICE, TOPNOTCH I got my phone upgraded to the Note 4 i was lucky to get one, i did call and the guy who answered was polite clear with the information he provided me. Once i got to the store on a saturday morning the service was quick, great the manager is the one who helped me and there was also a girl both were great, also helped me lower my cell phone bill with a better plan, i was truly surprised by the great service, because at other sprint stores this is what they are lacking. After i had my new Note 4 i got my new bill from sprint it was pretty high… eventually happened the store made a mistake by only adding my cell number to the 20GB share plan… so i called sprint they actually wanted me to go back to the store but i refused spoke to a manager and got some over charges taken off… so i have to knock off 1 star… it took a while with sprint customer service to slove out the billing mistake made by the sprint store.

Wow if you’re going to answer the phone with a question instead of a greeting at least speak slowly and clearly. Or at least when I ask you to repeat it say it slowly and clearly. Slurring your words as fast as you can isn’t gonna get you customers

These guys ROCK! Very happy with Sprint & this store, although independent, turned out to be very supportive when I went back in & bought the new iPhone 6’s — these guys are knowledgable & caring.

I’m all for shopping and buying local for our local economy but the service at this particular branch is far from any level of expected customer service and knowledge of there own services and products. If you want real customer service make the short drive into Concord.

Due to the lack of product knowledge and poor customer service I had to drive nearly 45 minutes to renew my phone contract. If you are looking a knowledgeable team with great customer service I would recommend a sprint store over the hill. A hassle free experience is definitely worth the drive.

The guys at the sprint store are still awesome, however the cell service itself stinks. We just left Sprint after using them for 10 years. I miss the unlimited everything plan, but I can’t have my business calls getting dropped all of the time.

Horrible, went in to buy a micro usb charger. 3 seperate racks on the wall with the same charger, all 3 racks filled with chargers listed as $ 19.99. Get rung up fir $ 27.11. WTF?! How is that possible? Managers response was, someone messed up and put the wrong prices. False advertising? He said he can’t do anything about it… yeah right. It’s only five bucks but, it’s the principal of the whole thing. I can unders stand one rack labeled wrong, but three?! Screw this place!

I just left the Sprint Store on Balfour Rd in Brentwood, CA. I wasn’t sure if I would get the help as I didn’t purchase my IPad at that store. Not only did they Tom Mitose fix my problem with my IPad he also helped me with my Samsung phone. Great Service!

I was blown away by the service I received on a recent visit to the Brentwood Sprint store. I was at the breaking point with Sprint– fed up with the P.O.S phone, technical glitches, lack of service and what felt like one problem after the next with my mobile device. I was ready to end my contract after being a 10 year + Sprint customer. I walked in to the store expecting a heated fight/complaining rampage about the NUMEROUS problems I had been experiencing. Instead, I was greeted by Miguel who knew how to identify the exact problems I had been having with my phone. I instantly felt a wave of peace coming over me. I finally felt like I was being taken care of by someone that knew what they were doing. Miguel went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Not only was he able to take care of my phone, but he created a loyal customer. I will never take my phone to any other Sprint person or location. I told him how thankful I was about his service and he remained humble throughout, saying that he was happy to simply take care of his customers. To all of you out there: SEEMIGUEL! He really takes care of his people and knows the business inside and out!
