I paid for drink and employee is yelling at me that I can’t get soda just water when I paid for the large drink Unbelievably unprofessional

The place was hard to find because they had no sign. I stopped a girl to ask where it was and luckily she worked there. She said they haven’t put the sign up yet and she doesn’t know why. Weird. Anyway just one other customer/employee friend was there and they were talking the whole time I got my sandwich. No biggie since I was the only customer and their wasn’t a line. Didn’t bother me. Sucks they don’t have $ 5 foot longs anymore. The lady asked if I wanted my sub toasted. I said no thank you but for some reason she still toasted it anyway. Probably because she was listening to her friends convo and not what I said. I didn’t let it get to me but then I heard they charge extra for that? That’s little annoying. Not that bad of an experience. I would go again.

I will always give a poor review to any restaurant that sells fountain drinks but won’t let customers use their bathroom. Starbucks(where I was referred) doesn’t buy hand soap for subway customers. Then to have stale bread on top of it? Well that’s too much.

6AMBREAKFASTINBRENTWOOD: One morning, we were woken up by a violent kerfuffle between our girl cats. Who knows what had happened? After breaking them up, however, we were unable to go back to sleep… So, rather than try to recapture lost zzzs and interrupted dreams, we hauled ourselves out of bed to feed the damn cats, then headed out to see where we could grab a yummy start to our day. But, it’s only 5:50AM. What’s open? A few Starbucks, apparently, and this little Subway, tucked into one-half of the trendy circle of eateries and shops at Barrington Place. We parked in one of the plaza’s narrow parking spaces and S.O. wordlessly reclined his seat to take a quick nap while I went inside to make our order. Are West Angelenos early risers? I came across at least a few. Two guys walked out of Subway carrying what seemed like armloads of food just as I was going in a couple minutes after 6:00AM, and four or five more people came in after I did. The line moved along nicely, though, and I wasted no time in ordering our six-dollar survival footlong plus a few warm cookies to share. Before too long, I was out the door again with my own armload of food. Barrington Place’s Subway shop offers up the same fast-food speed and fresh, behind-the-counter ingredients as its San Vicente sister location, which doesn’t open until 7:00AM. It’s still Subway, so you won’t find any epic, gourmet, organic, or preservative-free fare here, but it’s pretty hard to beat a fresh and toasty breakfast(with cookies!) on-the-run for under ten dollars. It’s also reassuring to know that hard-working Brentwood-ians are out there every day, doing Subway breakfasts right, even first thing in the mornings.

Typical subway shop. Minus 2 stars bc there is very little seating and parking can be tough during peak hours.

Shoot. Can’t believe I didn’t take a photo for this: P Anyways, I just got back from this Subway on a quick lunch. This is going to be a really quick and simple review. The girl in charge at the moment was really quick and helpful with our order. Got our 2 foot long sandwiches, ate it, and left.(She was very stingy with giving us more napkins though.) I tried the chipotle sauce for the first time. Delicious!!! PARKINGLOT is a pain. Very small. Be careful!

Dammit Subway. I used to love you. Then you go and put a chicken toenail in my footlong chicken breast. I’m chewing my delicious sandwhich and feel something strangely hard in my mouth… pull it out… and it’s a chicken toenail. How could you do that to me?! IT’S OVER.

I come here sometimes when I need cheap food. Nuff said, right? With their special deals for $ 5, you can have lunch AND dinner, provided you have an average appetite.

This is by far the most economical and easy lunch around my office, that said… Bless you oh Subway gods… Thank you for bringing me all of the bread, meat, cheese and fixin’ options each and every day. Walking by you, the scent of fresh baked bread coming from your little doors is more than alluring. Thank you for being you Subway… and to thank you to the guy who is always working the cash register for ALWAYS being in a good mood. Low calories, low fat, lost of options and about 5 bucks, what more do you need?

Subway is, well, subway. This location is pretty small, so don’t expect to be able to have a comfortable dining experience inside without feeling crowded. Parking in this shopping center also tends to be problematic and may require repeated circling, or a stroll from the parking lot next to the Post Office on Barrington Ave.

Nothing extraordinary about this subway. However I walked in today, got really great service and they were open late. So I thought I’d pass the word along.
