Awesome! Just got my 11 yr olds hair cut, Adrianna, at the Bald Barber, is so I tune with kids and their haircuts and styling. She treated him like he was at a spa! Love this place, and she’s awesome! My son loves his haircut and style, he’s always been very self conscious, so his hair is everything! Thanks Adrianna!

Walked in while getting my wife’s whip cleaned. The place is amazingly clean! Classic Jamz playing on the radio super clean set up. Octavio & Crew are super friendly and welcoming. They take time to chat and get to know their clientele. They made a customer for life out of me today. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

I created a Unilocal account just to leave a review for this barbershop. Octavio runs his shop with world class customer service. This is an extremely friendly shop that goes out of its way to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. This is the kind of customer service you only see in $ 100 per plate steak houses. But it gets better. The hair cuts are immaculate. I usually get cut by Adriana but have sat in every chair. They do amazing cuts and go above and beyond in that respect as well. They will trim your eyebrows, clean up your mustache, and other details if you ask them. Then they finish it off by using a hot towel on your head, use a lint roller to get the loose hair off of your shirt, and use a buffer massage machine on your shoulders. I’ve been to a dozen other shops and no others compare. I highly recommend giving this place a try. Plus it’s now in a car wash facility, so it’s a one stop shop to start your weekend feeling

This place is great. Customer service is outstanding. The atmosphere feels amazing. Stopped by here the other day before I went to my vacation and was definitely satisfied with my haircut. The hot towels and massage was like the cherry on top of an ice cream. I would definitely give this place a visit.

The Bald Barber is the best barber shop in Brentwood. They provide many services like back/​facial massage, face/​head shave, hot towel, etc. (They even cut kids hair and the kids I’ve seen in the shop LOVE the experience!). They take their time and make sure you are completely satisfied with your cut before leaving. Chris is my barber and I highly recommend him (Best razor fades in the bay). Octavio is the owner and also provides great cuts as well. Make sure you check out their website to see their hours of operation and current location. The RV is something you will want to see! It’s a very unique experience.

I went in this afternoon after getting a car wash and was able to lock on an appointment. I was approached by the main barber and owner of the shop who had a very good attitude and extremely good customer service skills. The facility seemed clean as you can smell the pleasant scent of citrus.
The gentleman was very personable very friendly customer service oriented. I had asked if there were any openings at which time he responded «I have an opening at 4 PM «leading me to believe because he said «I» that I would be getting a haircut by him.
I came back from my appointment at 4 PM at which time he told me to go to the back of the mobile home where there was another younger gentleman who he said was going to cut my hair. I explained to him I was under the impression he was going to cut my hair. He told me that I could wait for him however I was not able to do to a time restraint I had. He was ready to make it right though.
I decided to give the very young guy a opportunity to cut my hair. At the beginning of the haircut he was very timid was not confident as he was being extremely delicate with my head and did not speak to me other than ask me what I wanted done my hair. Usually I like to converse with my barbers. This guys was having none of it.
Within the first 5 – 10 minutes he looked at his watch approximately six times leading me to believe that I was either hindering him or he was in a rush to go somewhere. He did have one of those new Apple watches which I know receives texts. However he does and will give the customer the perception that he is either rushing or something else is more important.
At the end of my session he did not give me a razor shave which was one of the main reasons why I came to the shop because they advertise razor shave then he told me the electric razor gives me just just as close of the shave. I explained to him that I still wanted him to do the razor shave cut.
once he was finished he said all done. the things that I noticed is he did not put any gel in my hair which a I was quite surprised. As a barber you usually want to have people try your products in order to get them to buy them from you. They advertise massages with every cut. The massage was approximately 30 seconds long so don’t be surprised if you go there expecting more. I don’t like massages so I was ok with it. They come out with this big machine just rollover you’re back. Overall I had a poor experience and probably wouldn’t of been the case had The main barber cut my hair. But this wasn’t a haircut worth $ 25.

Great place, fun environment-​the inside of the RV turned Barbershop is really cool! awesome prices for Top Quality Work! My husband and son always go there to get their haircuts, they always come home so handsome, keep up the good work! Amazing customer service! Everything about this place was amazing. The design inside his mobile barber shop, the attention to detail, the price, the customer service. I was visiting family in Oakley and needed a haircut, my wife and I stopped here and got a haircut for myself and my son. I also got an old school barber shop shave with hot towels. It came with a massage too! I couldn’t have been happier. I only wish I had more cash in my wallet for a tip! I’ll be back again when I’m in California!
