Brian Ramsey came to our house to give us an estimate on interior plantation shutters. We had received bids from three other companies and wanted Brian to provide us with one more. Brian was very knowledgeable about the shutters and was comfortable answering all of our questions. He never rushed us into signing a contract and offered us the ‘current’ promotion without us having to ask for a deal. The bid from The Blind Guy was better than the other three companies, but in the end Brian truly sold himself behind the product. The installation went smoothly and the final product definitely met our expectations. We will recommend The Blind Guy to anyone who is looking for window coverings.

We purchased a new home and needed window treatments. Debbie came out to measure for shutters and we did roller shades in some rooms. She was on time and very knowledgeable. She took the time to help pick out a color that went with the room. I am excited to have the shutters and roller shades installed.

I love the Hunter Douglas shutters Brian Ramsey and Walter installed in the three large windows in our living room. Like another reviewer here, we had been living with paper on the windows. Brian not only came in with the best price, they are expert installers. The house we bought also had shutters which had been previously installed by someone else, throughout the rest of the house, some of which were poorly installed. Brian really cares about the quality and pays great attention to the details… and without my even asking him, Brian looked at them and suggested how they could be fixed… and how they could look so much better… they fixed them and now they no longer sag and now they close firmly. Brian Ramsey and his crew did a really good job installing 17 brand new Hunter Douglas blinds, 12 dual height wood cornices, 2 Duette powered blinds in my bathrooms, one huge embroidered drapery complete with fluted rod and fancy finials, at my home in Livermore, CA. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was top notch. Even when a few issues cropped up, they were taken care of promptly and professionally. Their prices easily beat the competition, such as MLI shutters and Costco. I would strongly recommend The Blind Guys for replacing any blinds in your home!

I just bought my house last month and had been living with paper over my windows. Well, my blinds got installed yesterday and they look absolutely fantastic!
