I have been here three times this is my last time shopping at this TJMAXX, staff is rude, waited 20 min on line because there was only one cashier, she kept calling for another cashier and for help and no one came for 15 minutes, she ask me was my I having a good day I said no after waiting for 20 min on line she said oh we are short handed I told her the cashier called three different times for help she just ignored me, not worth the trip, too many other stores who have great customer service, not wasting my time

I just love this store! Way better than Ross! Always find something to buy. Their handbag selection is amazing. Best brands in a great prices. The store is always clean and organized. The staff are very nice!

TJ Maxx has become my go-​to (almost all-​purpose) store. You can’t beat the deals that it has to offer. Over the summer, they had a clearance blow-​out sale and everything I needed ranged from $ 1.50-$ 15.00.
I personally come here for their greeting card and journal section. They receive some of coolest looking items that would be so expensive if purchased from the original retailer. There might be a few imperfections in the products, but for the most part they’re still in good quality.
I actually bought one of those Luckies of London scratch globes from here for only $ 3.50. It was on super clearance, the box was messed up, but everything was still in tact and the product itself was unharmed. Those things cost originally $ 20-​$ 40. Amazing deal.
Not only do I love the company in general, but this specific store is in a convenient location. Right across from the Streets of Brentwood and among other discount stores and restaurants. (Menchies is just across the parking lot. And so is my dentist.) The staff is also extremely helpful when you are in need of something. They go extra lengths to make sure the customers are pleased with their purchase.

Some good finds but this past week I went in for some items as I’m redecorating my house. I walked into the bedding/​towel isle and my friend and I are browsing when I come across some great feeling towels. However, the one on top was a
Different brand than the ones closer to the bottom of the pile which were the color I wanted. As I asked my
Friend to pull the towel from the bottom of the pile so that I could check the price tag a very rude employee approaches me
And asks me not to mess up her pile because she had just finished folding them. Needless to say I was stunned at her request but I became angry when she just stood there waiting for me to leave the section. This is unacceptable customer service, I’m
Not a 5 year old running a muck in a store and I didn’t Appreciate being limited as to what I can reach for in the store. I’m simply done with this location.

I usually enjoy shopping here, but my last experience wasn’t the best, it was 5:50pm and I had to go and grab a last minute thing, I walked in and there was a Caucasian woman with glasses at the entrance, she told me that the store was closed and we needed to leave, I looked at my phone and asked her what time they closed, she told me 6. I responded and told her it was 5:50? She gave me the most disgusted look and responded with «yeah». As a customer I have the right to shop within store hours and I should not be asked to leave during store hours.

WOW! The selection here is AMAZING! They have tons of big name designers. I think last time I was here I spotted Dolce and Gabbana purses? WHAT? They also had a huuuuuge display of Betsey Johnson jewelry. If you have money to spend, this is one of the better TJ Maxxes out there in terms of what they carry.

Pretty good selection of clothing but they need more dresses and cardigans! ;) The employees are average. I don’t speak to them much so I don’t really care but they’re friendly enough at the registers. Overall, a good place for deals.

cool, got some basics and found random health products. woah, coconut oil and hot sauce that would otgerwise be 10 bucks.
oh yeah and, they have some cool headphones and electeonic stuff. there’s a bunch discounted at the guys section (open box and clearance). which is where i hover around when shopping with family.

i had 2 girl top that i got couple days a go from them, by the time i want it to return them she said this is not for our store!!! really !!! how come when i paid for it no body said that now with tag still on and receipt it is not for tjmaxx!!! you know what for 5.99 for each of the tops it is not a big deal i go return them to the other tjmaxx but just want to share the bad experience that i had with this rude person who was
manager !!! tjmax in clayton RD is much better than here in brentwood,

Underwear, socks, cologne and casual wear are the items I shop here for on a regular basis. Nice quality, at least 50% off and a clean, well organized store location.

The customer service is friendly, clean store, and very clean dressing rooms. They have so much clothing ALL the time. Compared to an empty rack Ross that is next door, don’t get me wrong, I love Ross just not this location. They are little but more pricey than Ross but the quality and brands are no comparison.

I genuinely like this location a lot. It’s got a great selection of women’s clothing and I love that I can find things in my size, without the clothes being ugly or too expensive.
They’ve got a fantastic selection of women’s shoes which is just great and they’re all reasonably priced.
I have walked into this store and walked out with nothing, but that’s how the store is sometimes. Sometimes you’re going to strike a gold mine and sometimes you just strike out. Luckily at this location you strike gold a lot more than you think you would.
This is also my go-​to place for cheap home decoration that doesn’t look cheap. Which is a win, win, win!
The customer service is great here. I’ve been helped out numerous times by the staff and they’ve been beyond helpful.
The women working at the jewelry department are so patient and attentive. I went one time with a friend and we must have been there for an hour trying to find the perfect bracelet, and the employee was just so patient with us. She went the extra mile and everything and I really felt like they put our needs first.
Definitely a fan of this location and it is one of the better maintained TJ Maxx locations in the area.

This is a bigger TJ Maxx with a good selection of everything. I get lucky almost every time with finds in clothes, shoes, accessories, and stuff for home. There is a big parking lot and always available spaces (I do usually go during the week, though).
I do love me some TJ Maxx for gifts as well.

I love this store, the handbag section is great! I’m such a huge fan of B. Makowsky bags, but not a fan of the price. TJ Maxx always has Makowsky bags in stock and a lot of times they have the current/​newer styles that you can find at Macy’s for $ 100+ more!
This store is always well organized & clean, customer service is always great too.

I love Tj Maxx Because they have great products at a very nice discount. This on in particular is a pretty nice one and Carries a lot of nice things. It’s clean and organized. Love to stop by when ever I’m out this way. They usually have a lot of Juicy Couture clothes which i cant seem to find to much at the one in concord. The concord one usually just carries a lot of Juicy purses. Overall great store.

This place is pretty great! For once, I was actually able to find a store that sold my shoe size and weren’t super expensive, although its still on the pricey side.
On this visit I came to find a Chi straightener since a friend of mine told me they were only $ 69.99. Sadly, their highest temperature is 392 degrees and my curly hair likes it a little bit hotter.
They have some great finds though so its worth a shot to come here!

TJ Maxx has never ever failed me the brands, items, and price!
I love coming in here when I am super bored and roaming the racks! Remembering what I liked and coming in a couple weeks later and scoring it on clearance! Thats what I love about TJ Maxx and Marshalls! But if its a big score (real high end name brand) you better get it while its there and while your size is still avail, alot of hot items go super fast!
I recently scored a super hot pair of Sam Edelman Queenie stilleto booties in pewter on clearance for $ 20!!! I saw the same exact pair online for $ 200! And last month they were selling for $ 130 at TJs! Great find!
The employees here are a hit or miss tho! Some are super friendly, others are rude and have stank faces.
Weekly routine!

This store is fine for shopping for some home goods and baby items. Don’t get me wrong, I’d prefer Nordstroms and stores of that caliber anyday but when you’re talking baby clothes and items that are probably going to get wasted easily there is nothing wrong with this store.
The help here however, is a bit inept. I bought a large dollar amount of baby clothing and items on a shopping trip here and when I went through the door the alarm beeped. The guy who rang me up SWORE he got all the tags when he checked for the second time. When I got home and was about to wash everything I found an inventory control sensor that was quite LARGE on a Velour Puma Baby Track Suit I bought. Come on now… this thing took up half the baby outfit how could you not see it? Now I have to go all the way back there just to have it taken off and it’s such a freakin pain in the butt!

I thought Nordies was the only place I could return/​exchange things years later without a receipt. I bought four pairs of dress slacks waaaay over a year ago. I, being a woman, have a tendency to change my mind… often. Love today, what was I thinking tomorrow. Therefore, I have learned to never ever remove the tags. Unfortunately, I’m reeeeally bad about returning things and meeting that 30 – 90 day (if your lucky) policy. Most places (Macy’s for one) won’t budge if you pass that time frame. So I was sure that I was going to be stuck with these slacks which were now two sizes too big for me (yay, I’m shrinking).
A big thumbs down to the cashier who tried to dissuade me from bringing them in. Yes, I asked their policy prior to bringing them in as I happened to be here and recalled the slacks collecting dust in the closet. I was told it wouldn’t be in the system and they would give me a clearance price. A few bucks for them and wouldn’t be worth my time… yada yada yada. Me, being me, chose to ignore her and decided to take my chances with a manager. I brought them in a few hours later and I explained it had been some time since the purchase but they were now too big and had never been worn. She inspected them, saw they were in perfect condition with all tags still attached and had no problem giving me the full amount in store credit.
Thanks TJ, I may actually shop here more. You are normally hit and miss for me and require digging but you are starting to win me over. I also scored a pair of designer slacks on clearance for $ 7 buckaroo’s. That’s right, I ended up leaving with more clothes than I returned. On top of that, I wore that off the shoulder top I scored here ($ 12.99) with my designer jeans purchased at Nordstrom (you don’t want to know) and got mad compliments on the top. Look out Nordies, the Maxx is coming up!

I’m not a big fan of TJ MAXX for myself — I can never find anything that fits me that I like.
But every now and again, I love a good treasure hunt. I was telling my hair dresser that one of my twins wanted a Juicy bikini cover up. I looked online and saw that it was 150.00 — for real? I am NOT paying 150.00 for a cover up. For a kid. Anyhow, Monica then tells me to check out TJ MAXX first.
So we did. Not only did my daughter find the cover up she wanted for 50.00 but she also found a 200.00 dollar Juicy bikini for 40.00.
SCORE!
Five big fattie stars for making me look like a big baller without really being one!
