Quick update: Our son has been coming here since 2013. He still loves it. He’s into other classes now not just Kinder. They don’t pressure you to buy things or advance. You don’t have a set schedule. You can come to any of the classes(other than of course the black belt one unless you are a black belt). All the instructors have such big hearts and are really into it. Which feeds into the kids and others. Every now and then there are extra classes or workshops. Some of which have people from out of the area attend. Which is a great way to learn from other instructors. It’s definitely a friendly environment and a very great place to learn Karate.

I don’t do karate here, but very good friends of mine have for years. I go to the cardio kickboxing class on Monday nights here and I love it! It kicks my butt every week… The routine is the same, but effective. It’s a good break from running on the treadmill or doing the eliptical. I like Dan and Sherry Tosh, they are good people.
